Very helpful we bought a Bosch fridge freezer and the Led lights stopped working inside, because of Covid lock down we were near end of guarantee but they sent an engineer out within a few days and was replaced, very friendly and helpful Bosch engineer and shop staff.

Product fine , customer service awful ! Paid for installation to only find out the kitchen door isn't compatible with our new washer . At no point where we asked or advised about this . I now have to find a joiner to install the door at further cost . Be aware if your not replacing like for like brand wise your integrated doors probably won't fit and this lot won't care once they have your money !

Bloody atrocious service! We bought a washing machine the guys in the shop were great, the delivery and installation not so much.We noticed a pool of water in the kitchen later that day. It turns out that the delivery people had damaged our radiator putting the washing machine in, they were rude, left a mess and dumped the rubbish, all the wrapping for the washing machine outside our house on the pavement.I'm seriously not impressed guys, I was tempted to report them for fly tipping, our kitchen has been flooded because of their negligence and I've had to get my radiator fixed because of their clumsiness.

I have recently purchased a new washing machine from the Plymstock branch and I am more than satisfied with the service.I decided to also book the extra installation option and was well pleased with their reliable delivery time slot, fitting of the machine and the packaging removal.Will definitely use Beacon again.

Seven weeks into ownership of a new fridge...fell over. Gary ensured situation did not develop into a problem and a replacement followed. Reasonably frequent customers here and daughter and her husband also on side. This is one reason why. Thank you again Gary...appreciated.
