Colne Valley Luxury Mobile Toilets

These are not just any toilets. They are very fine toilets, and come with nice soaps etc.

We used Colne valley for our wedding earlier this year. In the initial stages we found them approachable and helpful with all our questions (never having hired toilet before!). The toilets arrived exactly when promised and were great. They stayed looking good all night and lots of our guests commented on how fab they were- particularly compared to ones experienced before.

Recently used Colne Valley Luxury Mobile Toilets for my mother in law's funeral. Brilliant service, delivered and collected on time. Toilets are immaculate and well presented. Would highly recommend.

We were so disappointed with the service we got from this company. Their toilets are good looking, clean and well laid out and we had been feeling very comfortable with our choice. Despite their assurances that their unit would cope with many more guests than we had invited, after fairly minimal use the taps ran dry in the middle of the evening. The call out service that had been promised when we booked was apparently not able to fix it and the telephone support consisted of a suggestion that we try to refill the water-tank (with the added information that it needed a non-standard tap-connector that we wouldn’t have). I can tell you that the luxury toilets don’t look quite so luxurious when your guests have to wash their hands in a shared bucket.After the event, the company didn’t seem particularly concerned and were slow to respond to our emails. We have now discussed the position with them and they agreed a partial refund and, more importantly, they agreed to review their procedures so that they have a proper plan in case this happens again in the future. If you intend to use this company, I would suggest you ask to see this plan.

We used these toilets for a wedding party on a tricky location of a farm. Ginny and David were very helpful and informative. The toilets were immaculate and worked perfectly throughout the very busy evening! Would absolutely recommend this fantastic local business.
