Absolutely wonderful dining atmosphere - beautiful interior with excellent music playing. The soufflé was delicious, and the fries were cooked to perfection - crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. The steak and tarte tatin were also both very nice. Mocktails were exceptional.8.5/10 for the food. 10/10 for the atmosphere.

What an amazing find, a little piece of Paris heaven in the middle of Cardiff. Food was excellent, I can recommend the French onion soup and the souffle for starters, both delicious. Steak was cooked to perfection. All the food was hot when it arrived. Cocktails were a big hit, as was the chardonnay, I really liked the fact that the wine list wasn't massive as a lot of restaurants seem to have these days, they've taken their time to understand what wines would work best with the menu. Ambience was amazing, the photos do not do it justice. And even though its only been open a few weeks the service was spot on.Can't recommend highly enough and my advice is book now before it becomes so popular that there will be a long waiting list.

Me and my partner came here for our anniversary and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Our server Keira was so pleasant and welcoming too. Despite the restaurant’s somewhat limited menu, our food was absolutely delicious! It’s not like any typical restaurant, by coming here you are paying for the experience of a Parisian restaurant. Thank you and we hope to return soon.

Great experience! Had the private room, they accommodated 6 of us even though the website said minimum of 8 in the private room. The service and food was amazing! There was a girl on her first shift, she did great! Was very impressed with everything. The private room was amazing for a birthday party, they accommodated everything I asked. Very pleased. Cocktails were amazing!

Walking through the arcade was just lovely. The atmosphere in the restaurant was perfect and you really feel like you could be in France. Simple but perfect set menu was so delicious. The cheese soufflé was to die for!! The steak Fritz was one of the best I’ve had and cooked perfectly. This will be a regular place for us when in Cardiff.Highly recommended

Incroyable!A true Parisian experience, the atmosphere is amazing, going for dinner truly felt like stepping into Paris for the evening.Simple yet brilliant menu of steak, frites, and a simple salad.We choice medium and rare for our steaks, i assume they do well done as well, the steak was cooked perfectly, and they offer a second round of both steak and frites! So you won't be going hungry!The onion soup and escargot were amazing to start with, and good selection of cocktails and wine as well.Definitely recommend for a nice romantic evening.

Beautiful little restaurant located in the castle arcade - wonderful servers and the atmosphere especially later on in the day feels magical. The food was tasty, you get seconds as well! The simplicity of the menu stops any choice anxiety. Very interesting cocktail menu, would go again to try out some more.

Magnificent. A beautiful French restaurant with wonderful attention to details. Details in the food, the atmosphere, and the decorations of the restaurant are all superb. Delicious food throughout the menu, beautifully made drinks and friendly staff. A real treat for anyone who wants a taste of Paris but doesn't want to travel abroad. A must try

Incredible service, the wait staff were lovely. Beautiful setting and very romantic. So reasonable for the amount of food you get and the cocktails/wine were brilliant! One of the best steaks I've had and the French onion soup was to die for.
