I’ve not used the pharmacy at this branch, so my review doesn’t include that. Although I prefer Superdrug in general to Boots, this is still a handy small branch for most basic things. I like that Boots click and collect online orders can be collected from here, which saves a trip into town.There can be a queue for the counter, as the staff tend to be on the shop floor, sorting out the shelves and can take a while to notice that there’s people waiting to be served. So I wouldn’t recommend going here if you’re in a hurry.

Ok good boots but no meal deals only a small shop. Staff are fine, sad no cheese sandwiches! They also ran out of envelopes so I couldn’t develop my disposables. But again staff were sweet and made it five stars.

Stopped using the pharmacy due to ridiculous waiting times.After queueing with prescription for 15 mins (2 ahead of me) I was told they had my drugs but it would be 15 mins more before I could have them! (Admin?).So , I went to do some grocery shopping then returned only to have to queue again!Lloyds just up the road much more efficient…

Went in to speak with the pharmacist about emergency contraception, obviously a sensitive subject! I went in at 8:30 as soon as they opened and was told I'd have to wait. I stood at the counter waiting. I waited for 20 minutes, heard them all gossiping about an incident in work, watched them leave the shop and come back with hot drinks from greggs and then they went on to discuss a person at work and her life mistakes. I left without the emergency contraception I needed, giving them one star is overly generous.

Not a positive experience.... I had asked the store assistant if she was able to help to print a photo at the in-store machine...she said that she would try but had to wait for the two persons behind me to be served so I said I would wait...then another three customers joined the queue whom she was serving...to then be joined by more customers...all the while I was waiting she never once looked at me or had any conversation...it was as if she was just waiting for me to go away...to which I did... totally unprofessional customer service!

Never answering the phone is a travesty when sick people are trying to get urgent medicines. Take your number off Google and try another way of communicating. It’s a disgrace.

I would like to thank the lovely pharmacist who helped me on Monday. My granddaughter had a nasty fall and we needed advice on how to dress it etc. Sorry I don't know your name but thank you so much for being so friendly and kind to my granddaughter who was very nervous. Glad to say the wound is on the mend following your advice.

No staff serving in shop and have to rely on pharmacy staff to help out. Service not up to standard and not an isolated instance either.

Service has deteriorated significantly in last year so these issues are not pandemic or supply issuesVery long waits at pharmacy and there have been errors & delays. Unfortunately in the position of having to visit pharmacy rather regularly & there are usually disgruntled customers with similar issues of delayed completion of prescription, missed repeats, errors etc.It's frustratingly poor.
