Fantastic service. You book your bike in, which means you can continue to ride it until it's ready to be serviced. Then it's repaired quickly. Other local shops keep your bike for 1-2 weeks. The staff were friendly and professional. Will bring all my bikes here in future. Highly recommend.

The best local bike shop I’ve used in London. I’ve had my Surly back for a week now and it feels better than new. It went in for new bottom bracket, chain and rear cassette etc after three hard years of daily commuting and carrying the dog to the pub. The shop continually updated me and fitted me in at very short notice. The bike is now 1 x but the guys in the shop left the original granny ring on in case I wanted to go back to original set up, I couldn’t be happier with it. They won’t just replace something if it doesn’t need it, very honest and refreshing approach compared with other bike shops I’ve used in the past. Small bike shop but with a big heart.I needed my rear wheel trued and they originally quoted me £20, as per their price list. I agreed and left the bike with them.When I returned to collect my bike, I was pleasantly surprised to only be charged £10.Very quick, efficient and decently priced service, will definitely be returning here for any other bike servicing I'll need in the future.

Left my bike for service and the guys were amazing!!! Bike is smooth, shiny, literally brand new!Can’t complain about the prices, they replaced cables, tires, chain, and other bits that were worn off, plus, adjusted the handlebar to my size.The bike is perfect!!! 3 months guarantee for the service and they were very sweet!Highly recommend this shop!Top service!

These guys are great. I took my bike in, as someone had stolen my front, quick release spindle (random) of my locked bike. They were super friendly and replaced it on the spot, free of charge. I will most definitely be using them for any future servicing. Thanks again chaps. :)

Amazing- honest bike advice, quick service and super friendly! I was visiting a friend nearby and had some chain issues. They checked it out in less than an hour and saw it was a longer fix- helped explain the issue and recommended a way I might be able to get it fixed for free by the manufacturer. This is so refreshing after so many other bike shops often try and get you to pay lots for repairs you don't even need. Very unfortuately I don't live locally- otherwise these would be my go-to bike shop for sure! A reason to move to south London for!!

Great little bike shop in Lewisham, with a couple of friendly, knowledgeable mechanics, who were happy to advise me on servicing my bike. Booked an appointment, dropped it off and it came back clean, grime-free, and riding like a charm. Their basic service rates are a bit steep, but come with a 3 month warranty for any follow-ups.

I was recommended to this bike shop by a cyclist who chatted to me on my way home from work one day. I am extremely fussy about who works on my bike and I was very apprehensive about leaving it with a shop I don’t have any history with. I decided to pop in for a chat one day to see what their vibe was and after speaking to Max my mind was put to ease straight away. Their work is at the top level, communication is very transparent and they are a really nice bunch of guys who work there. This is my bike shop now and I am very happy to have found them. Thank you.
