I found this salon by chance, looking for fast and safe teeth whitening procedures in the area. It is a hidden gem of a studio, with competitive prices and super professional service. I am very impressed, and certainly will be coming back

Avoid like this place like the plague! I had purchased a Groupon IPL laser treatment for my face to have a few thread veins removed which I do maybe once a year, I called to book and made an appointment for the next week, being told nothing in particular other than I'd have to have a patch test first. Fine. Arrived and was immediately told 'have you been wearing SPF30+ on your face for the last 30 days'? I was shocked to be greeted like this! And none of this Rumyana told me on the phone. And thought it was strange she should say this now and not when I called to book. She then made sure I signed the overly complicated waiver form. On inspection of my face I was then told the treatment I'd bought was only for a tiny area of the face and that effectively she has misrepresented the Groupon treatment (in the fine print) and that I'd need to spend another £40 to do 'all of my thread veins' which she said there were many (there weren't). She then claimed I had rosacea, which I don't (and not one single beauty therapist in over 20 years, including the top facialist at Harrods has ever said I have this condition, neither has my GP). The hard sell didn't end there, it went on to include a Vitamin treatment and that I should buy a 6 course package! And she seemed to find the fact IPL on the face would be painful as vaguely amusing. A patch test was done but by this time I had long decided her silly over the top claims, abrupt manner and unendingly desperate 'hard sell' meant I would not be returning. I phoned Groupon the next day to complain about her and request a refund as I had only a consultation and I would not be returning for the treatment. To have IPL on your face you need to have confidence and trust the therapist. I felt neither. Groupon had no issue with issuing the refund but needed confirmation from the merchant that I hadn't received the treatment, so I sent a polite email to Rumyana to explain that I was requesting a refund from Groupon and they needed comfirmation. Within literally seconds of sending the email Rumyana calls me and starts to berate me on the phone, telling me I didn't like the salon or making all sorts of ridiculous claims as to what I 'thought'. She was rude and totally unprofessional and I was forced to put down the phone due to her bizarre behaviour. I directed her to Groupon as it is a contract she has with them and their terms. I was issued a refund as the matter was serious enough to be escalated to Management at Groupon as regards her conduct and behaviour. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I'm a big fan of Rumyana at All Bright. I have a regular microdermabrasion here and I've also had spray tanning before. She's always really friendly and helpful, as well as being very professional and taking all the covid and patch test precautions very seriously which is great. Thanks Rumyana and see you for my LVL next week!!

Amazing service at All Bright Beauty. Have had many treatments here including, spray tan, environ facial, semi permanent make up and airbase make up. Rumi is the true professional, and a perfectionist. I look forward to my next appointment with you. Highly recommended

I found All Bright Beauty via Treatwell, when I was looking for IPL treatments for my acne scarring.I've gone to All Bright Beauty for IPL Facial Rejuvenation treatments, Environ Body Sculpting treatments, as well as an Environ facial. All with great results. I have really enjoyed my experience at this establishment. The salon is quaint, clean, and private. Rumi has always been warm and welcoming to me, as well as professional and open about her thoughts on treatments and results I have received.I have also tried the supplements, skincare, and makeup she sells in conjunction with her other beauty services. I am always hesitant to try new products on my skin, as it is VERY sensitive and practically everything breaks me out. Rumi was kind enough to give me a few samples so I could test things out on my skin, and was understanding when a few items did not work out. We tried different products until we were able to find ones that did work for my skin.I am definitely one of those people who hates hard sells

I have a IPL hair removal treatments in All Bright Beauty and I can say that I am very happy with the results. Very knowledgeable therapist. Deffinetly will recommend this place.

Dreadful eyelash extensions. I ended up booking an appointment somewhere else to have them removed, because I was actually worried they might damage my own lashes. I can't speak to any of the other services here, but unfortunately I don't think the technician has had proper training for lashes. They were clumped together so badly I couldn't brush them, and she accidentally glued my bottom lashes to the top ones three or four times. That's something which can be avoided pretty simply. She also glued each extension to 3-4 of my own lashes, which is also something she should have been taught not to do when she was trained. Once I got home I had to cut off some of the the glue so I could open my eyes properly-- not a great experience overall.

I have been for a few different treatments here. Always found the owner very friendly and helpful. The treatments I have received include an amazing environ hydra boost facial, eyelash extensions and teeth whitening. Would definitely recommend!
