Horrid service with these. Had previous used them once for a wheel bearing fault when they was based in Welwyn Garden City however they moved to St Albans needed to replace a heater matrix in a vehicle and they told us how much it would be. Price then increase by about £20 without explanation to why.Collection of the vehicle the vehicle was covered in mud in the interior due to them now being based on a farm appears they couldn't keep it clean by laying paper mats or covering seats or at least cleaning after making it messy.They had taken the dashboard out and obviously when they refitted it they had over tighten the bulk head bolts as there is now a crack through the windscreen from where a bolt fixing point would of been. Raised this with them and they blocked us and refused to pick up phones and told us it's our problem.Service is awful and terrible customer service. I would avoid since them moving as they cleay don't care for customer service anymore as different staff now.

I had the pleasure of using Predator garage last month. It is the first time I have ever used the word pleasure when referring to a garage, with over 35 years of using garages and in some instances they have been nightmares but that was not the case when I was recommended by the AA recovery to use Predator garage as it was on their list for breakdown repair cover garages. The work I needed on the car was a whole new clutch kit, dual mass flywheel and a slave cylinder so it was a big job and time consuming.The AA mechanic towed me there with my car, took me into the reception where there were 2 receptionists; it seemed very busy but well organised and a sense of calm. I was introduced to a very lovely lady by the name of Trish, who seemed very professional and knew what she was talking about. She said to leave the car with us, the mechanics would look on the car first thing in the morning, assess what needed to be done and she would contact the AA breakdown repair department and sort that side of things out for me and then let me know what they said.True to her word she called me the next day quoting the price and the work to be done and that she had received confirmation from the AA for the job to go ahead. She told me if I was satisfied with the price she could order the parts and they could start the work on the car the following day to which I readily agreed. A couple of days later I received a call saying the work had been done and that the car was ready to be collected.The main reason for me writing this short review was because I was really impressed with the attitude and high level of service that I received from the staff at Predator. I have now had my car back for over a month and it feels like I am driving a new car and I for one will definitely return to this garage for servicing and MOT testing as I feel that this garage take pride in what they do.Many thanks to Trish and all the staff!!Rover 75 :-)

I have just installed a replacement exhaust system from Predator Motorsport on my old Yamaha TR1. The process has been verysatisfying. Once the order was placed I received a personal confirmation mail. Once I received the exhaust system it was quite simple to install. It looks good, and the sound is very nice, even though the system is road legal. I have not observed any need for re-jetting. I can still use the side and center stand , even my Krausers still fit without any modifications.I have noticed that the ground clearance seems to be a bit less than with standard exhaust, but it could also be due to an old tired rear mono shock absorber.I am very satisfied and will recommend Predator Mototsport any time.

Was looking for a Lexmoto service centre to give a new 125 (Michigan) its first service. Although the Google reviews seem a little mixed I have to say that my own experience was nothing but positive. Bike had a thorough service and is running really nicely. Nice bunch of people too. Really pleased I went to them, a shame for me that they are moving further away to Potters Bar in the new year.

Very poor customer service.Tried booking in my 2011 gsxr for chain and front disc replacement followed by an m.o.t and the receptionist couldn't give me a date so said leave details and the mechanic will call to make arrangements...... still waiting for that call.Friend of mine had a similar experience, but it is/was my closest garage. Won't be wasting my time with this garage again.

They sold some handlebars that they did not have. Did not send any emails regarding a delay. After contacting them claimed to have sent an email describing a two MONTH wait for goods. When I asked to see this sent email my request was ignored. Email composition best described as brusque at best, but a refund was swiftly posted. I appreciate that this is a working garage, but don't pretend to be an online retailer if you cannot do both proficiently.

We use to take both our van and car here but since Trisha (receptionist) left a few years ago we felt the customer service deteriorated. We decided to give the company another try today. I rang this morning and was told that if I brought my car in at 2pm, their electrician would take a look at it. I duly did this. Spoke to the electrician at the time and he started working on it at that time. At 4:50pm I rang to see the progress... after waiting more than 7 rings - most companies aim to answer within 3 - the phone was answered. I was told the fault hadn't been fixed and the labour cost was for just 15 mins. Why so low a rating, this is down to the dreadful customer service received. Why couldn't the receptionist or one of the office staff ring me earlier to advise me that the fault hadn't been fixed and I would need to order a part. By doing so, I could have done so. Why did I have to chase? Why was I told over the phone that the part required I would have to order, yet when I was in the reception, I was told they could order it? Why when I wanted to pay the bill and the receptionist was not available did not one of the THREE people sitting in a side office, not get up and either answer the ringing phone or attend to a paying customer?

Have been taking my car here for MOT, service and repair for three years. Customer service is friendly and very good, they keep you updated, and the prices are reasonable too. I expect I will continue to use Predator after their move. Thanks to everyone there.
