Astleys Mumbles have been absolutely brilliant, so glad we chose them. They have worked hard advertising the property and escorting viewings. This has been a difficult time economically, and Astleys have managed to successfully secured a sale for our property. The team were all very professional, friendly, and efficient giving great advice to help show our property in the most appealing way. They always requested feedback on viewings, which was very helpful. We would highly recommend them and have no hesitation in giving them 5 stars.

I could not have asked for a more helpful Agency. As I was selling a property from 110 miles away, the Astleys team really helped with advice on solicitors and house clearance, and were more than happy to check in on the property. At one point the staff rearranged the furniture and put flowers in the house so it looked more homely in the photos'. I'd recommend Astleys anytime.

My association with Astleys, Mumbles, has been long-standing. There was an unsuccessful attempt to sell The Stables, 37 Owls Lodge Lane a few years back and then, more recently, a successful attempt. We needed an estate agent so having sold a previous house through Astleys and bought our present one through them, we decided to instruct them again. All staff gave, as expected, a thoroughly professional, courteous and helpful service throughout, including some very helpful advice on a situation which arose in the purchase of our new house (in England) but in which they had no direct or financial interest.Towards the end of the sale, there was a great holdup in the chain. Matthew sent an open email to all the solicitors, so that the party which was holding things up could be clearly identified to everybody. That got some action! ... and things then progressed quite quickly to a proper and satisfactory conclusion.We have no hesitation in recommending Astleys. Why four stars? We very rarely give five so people don't become complacent but please consider our rating as four and three quarters!

My wife and I recently completed the purchase of a property near Mumbles through Astleys estate agents in Mumbles. This was to be our retirement home. All the way through the lengthy process to purchase the property they were supportive and helpful especially as we were living in West London at the time. My wife and I had an excellent experience selling our house with Astleys Mumbles branch. In contrast to one of the other Estate Agents, Michelle from Astleys was very positive about wanting to do her very best to sell our property. She also offered helpful advice about a couple of reliable local tradesman we needed to consider and which conveyancing solicitors could be recommended. Astleys arranged a number of viewings of our house and we quickly received an acceptable offer. Thereafter the people in the Mumbles office were supportive and kept us up to date with progress until finalisation of our sale.
