It was an absolute delight to have Ben at PCOne on the end of the phone to solve a problem with my laptop. Very soon after I sent my initial “help” email he called me and carefully went through the various issues which may be the causing the problem. He quickly got me out of a hole and I can’t praise him enough. Many thanks Ben! Highly recommended.

This humble company needs some serious recognition. My son has had a few computer problems and been fobbed off by others charged money for nothing yet pc one straight away told him stop spending money and they have been in touch with him to help sort it out for him

I have known Ben for 8 years and he has helped me with any IT problems, always available, professional and so helpful, whether that is a quick chat for advice or a call out to check for problems. When I have had to leave my laptop for repair, he advises the best solution, fixes it in no time at all, and for a very reasonable price, and on return my laptop runs better than ever!!! Ben has also supplied me with a new laptop, excellent quality and price, all set up and ready to go!! Ben is honest, friendly, trustworthy, and the expert in Computer solutions, there is no one better and I would never use anybody else!!!

Ben has helped me in the past and I requested his help again to supply me with a new computer which he did with his usual expertise. He also saved all relevant data from the old computer to the new one, something I could not do, which meant I took ownership of a computer ready to go. Thanks Ben

Very swift response from Ben at PC One who has restored and reinvigorated my desktop. Quickly found the problem and replaced the hard drive - all the data curated and restored. Communication was very good throughout, and I feel the price was extremely competitive. Recommended - don't send it to landfill folks, get it mended first :>)

Ben is a genius! Managed to rescue all of our lost data on a Disc Error laptop, then rebuilt and reformatted the machine. Now super quick and better than ever. And all at a sensible price too. Recommended!
