Excellent place to park your car. The lady in the mobility office really helped me with my blue badge problem. And we hired a mobility scooter to get around . Would definitely recommend to visit here.

Just back from a couple of days in York we hired a mobility scooter for my husband. Great service pleasent staff. This was a great help and made out break a great experience.

Fantastic customer service at Shopmobility. We emailed prior to our visit to check that we we would be able to hire a scooter and email correspondence was timely and helpful.On the day, we were able to hire a scooter with ease from a very friendly member of staff. We would definitely recommend this service again as it made our visit to York so much better for all members of our group. We will definitely be using this this service again next time we're in York.

Thank you, hired a scooter for 2 days whst visiting York with my wife. It enabled us to have a fantastic time. Service was first rate, easy to find and free parking if going by car and hiring a scooter. Location city centre.5 stars thank you so much.Peter johnson

Rented a scooter in August for a couple of days. Great service with wonderful staff who made you feel most welcome and were extremely helpful. When I go back to York I will hire one again

Absaloutly fantastic people, my scooter broke and they helped me out no hassle, thankyou so much and we got free parking over night in the carpark , 10 out of 10 can't recommend them enough xxxxx

Fantastic service, very friendly and helpful staff. Easy to find, simple to register, and I was able to see so much of York on what was a terrific scooter - I had an absolute blast! Can't recommend York Shopmobility highly enough, thank you :-)
