Barber Room

The worse Barbour I have ever been to, my appointment was for half one with yogi had to wait 15 minutes longer which isn't the end of the world, asked for a zero fade and a decent amount taken of the top, I WAS IN THR CHAIR 15 MINUTES, I've got an uneven fade and my hair wasnt even cut/touched at the back, I'm still in shock that I have just paid £20 for the worst 15 minute haircut ever. Terrible service and would strongly advise anyone thinking of going here to find somewhere else.

Been going here since the barber has opened back around 2015/2016 (seems so long ago). However, to see it evolve and progress into one of my trusted barbers i am pleased to keep coming back for their service.

Very well lit Barbers. I would suggest booking an appointment in advance. The waiting time is long if you just walk in from the street. I was pleased with my hair cut. They don't accept cards.

Great barbers, they try to fit you in even if you’ve no appointment. Very patient with my autistic son. Top marks.

Haircut was fine but a fair bit more expensive than many other places.

I booked an appointment online and turned up five minutes before. I waited in the waiting area but none of the four staff greeted me or took any of my details. I waited for 15 minutes with no idea if I was next in the queue or if they were running late. People who had arrived after me were being called to their chairs (which is normal as it is an appointment-based system) but no one had even asked me what my name was or if I had an appointment. This is actually the second time this has happened to me at The Barber Room, which only adds insult to injury.After 15 minutes, I realised that I did not have enough time for the appointment (I was on my lunch break) and so I left. I really needed the hair cut and had gone out of my way to book it on my lunch break and clear it with my bosses. I was really disappointed and annoyed that no one had even tried to help me or provide any form of service to me in the entire time I was waiting.The place looked really nice and professional but that is honestly the only thing they have going for them. They certainly don't seem to care about making their customers feel welcomed or greeted and for over £16 for a men's hair cut, I'll go else where.

Good service, messed up on the side of my beard but otherwise good cut - nothing in immediate eyeline. Would come again.

Can’t remember what the guys name was I seen, but he had a beard and glasses, pretty chilled back, I went in for my booked appointment and was seen 20mins late no apology. I wouldn’t go back, from start to finish just felt uncomfortable and unprofessional, no one greets you when you walk in which as a business I would have thought that would be the first thing to be doing! Even a hello or something would have been appreciated.I paid £20.00 and I just thought it wasn’t great cut, I asked for a fade which I probably got to my barbers liking just not to mine, I don’t know just felt rushed and like he was bored and couldn’t be arsed to do it. He was lovely like chatting etc but just the cut didn’t feel good… Iv had much better cuts from other barbers I won’t be going back here.
