This was my experience with GDK.Ordered dual lock ammo cabinet on Thurs morning (13/07/23) and it arrived in the afternoon of the next day.Unfortunately on unpacking was found to be damaged and faulty, more than likely during manufacture as all packaging was pristine.Contacted GDK later the same afternoon and spoke with Gary. This interaction was very positive and client centred.However, due communication problems (all on my part) not realising GDK are not open at weekends and not checking my Emails in time to respond to Gary's requests for a date I would be available to receive delivery of replacement unit; The new unit arrived on Friday 21/07/23 and was found to be in perfect condition and working order.My advice to those wanting to do business with GDK is to look at all review formats re the company before you make up your mind.My experience was a very positive one, thank you GDK and Gary especially.

UPDATE: GDK have been in touch and have promised that the missing item is now in the post, I will remove this rating as and when it is received. I have probably been harsh simply through frustration trying to get answers, if I had been informed at any stage that they were waiting on stock I would not have been so cross. I will update further as and when the item is received.Ordered three items, received two, despite numerous calls and promises to call me back, this never happened. It was the most appalling customer service I have ever encountered. Do not give these people your money !! Will update if I ever hear back from them, but that is very doubtful.

Ordered cabinet on a Thursday arrived the following Monday! Great service, great bit of kit. Would use this company again and would recommend also. However, only 4 stars as after placing order on their own website did not receive any acknowledgement, PayPal of course had already sent acknowledgment seconds after hitting the send button! Also no receipt from GDK with my purchase or emailed.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANYI purchased a wireless clay trap foot operated switch which when arrived didn't work. The quality was shocking. On speaking with the owner I agree to upgrade for a better quality item. I paid the extra and received the item, this was also faulty. I returned both the faulty items as requested and was told I could have a full refund which I am still waiting for. The original purchase was well over 6 months ago. I have chased a number of times but to me avail.Please do not buy any thing from this supplier, the quality is absolutely shocking and the customer service is on the same level.I would mind but I am out of pocket close to £100.00, I have asked PayPal to suspend his account on EBay until this is settled however if this doesn't work I will be contacting the small claims court.A very unhappy customerDavid

Fantastic service, better product!I purchased the blackwing clay pigeon trap last week with additional wireless controller. This was ordered at 14.30 and recieved it the next day.I spoke to Gary who took my initial enquiry around 7pm followed it up with a detailed email, performance specification, youtube links of the unit in action and a phone call.GDK have a very thorough understanding of the units that gave me a lot of confidence in them actually following through. The actual unit is soldly made from mild steel. In terms of assembly it took me around 20 minutes with the included tools.Compared to buying on ebay it was reassuring to actuall have a trading company of experts there to back up and support their products.There was a problem with the delivery however, I had calls back from both GDK and the delivery company that resolved the issue. My experiances of dealing with couriers is not good on a general basis, so it was a relief being able to put them on the case to sort it out.5* I will be buying from them again for the wobbler and wheel mount extras.Michael

Ordered gun cabinet through website, turned out later there was a big delivery surcharge so I cancelled the order. That was it, got an email from Gary that said cancelled but no refund came through. Tried reminding and no replies. Having to go to paypal now for dispute resolution, why so much hassle over something so simple? Wish I had read the other reviews before I placed the order, this Gary guy has a serious attitude problem.

(Edit : I have lowered this to one star, the reason is that despite pointing out my issues here, I reviewed the cabinet I bought on their site with a good review, 4 stars... I deducted one star for the reasons below, and added them to my review, however, on posting this goes to a 'webmaster' who has seemingly decided to remove the short part concerning my issue and add themselves an extra star!This is wholly dishonest, and so I see no recourse but to rate them 1 star here.)I hummed and hawed around giving 3 stars over two. (Please see edit above)I bought a gun cabinet from this company and, to be fair, the cabinet is good, solid, and exactly what I was looking for. I will review that on their site and it will get a good review.Delivery went fine, the cabinet came promptly and was in good order, absolutely no complaints on that score.However....Since buying my cabinet I have discovered I need a small amount of assistance. So far I have emailed numerous times, contacted via FB, called, and as of yet had no response from them. Not even an acknowledgement of communication, or a sorry we don't have an answer to that.I have been contacting over the last couple of months so time has been ample for a response.So whilst I have absolutely no quibbles on the item I purchased, here I am reviewing the company.They get 3 stars for quick despatch and delivery, and cost. But they get a big zero for after sales care and communication.

Ordered a number of items for delivery. Customs held items and requested a purchase price invoice before I could receive goods. Called GDK who said they would send me invoice by email. They never sent it and are now ignoring all my calls, emails and messages the past week or so. Over 300 pounds spent on goods I never received.

Do NOT trust this companyOrder not delivered and despite an agreed refund they have ignored PayPal and direct communication.Bordering on fraudulent and certainly dishonest.They deserve to go bust

I researched online for a Police Approved Digital Vault Gun Safe and opted for GDK Trading. Before I ordered the safe I had several questions regarding the product and postage costs. Gary answered all my queries promply and fully. Subsequently Ordering was a very straight forward essy process with a tracking number that allowed me to follow the journey from England to N. Ireland. The safe arrived 3 days after ordering. I have it installed and am very pleased with the quality. I would definitely have no hesitation in recommending this company for first class customer service with an exceptionally helpful and friendly approach. The product is of good quality and value for money. Very impressed and will do business again. Thanks Gary for all your help! John.
