APC Overnight

Awful company. You may as well not send anything as the items are never delivered. They stated attempted delivery two weeks ago. I was in. No card, nothing. Everyday called up arranged delivery with each day an excuse as to why they can't deliver from mis-sorted to missed off the can etc. Two weeks and no item....a very needed item at that. Many email confirmations of delivery yet nothing

Tried to drop off a computer for delivery today, told they ‘don’t do’ computers. Rang the Birmingham branch was told us that APC DO deliver computers. Has involved driving an additional 60 miles to take it there instead. To lie to a customer’s face is totally despicable behaviour. Seriously unimpressed.

My husband has recently had an operation and needed some medical supplies which were ordered on Tuesday and promptly delivered this morning. My husband is unable to lift anything heavy and I was working from home but on the phone and the driver kindly brought the parcel into our house for my husband. Fabulous 1st class service which you don't usually get anymore. Thankyou APC Redditch.

Redditch APC depot is hands down the most disrespectful and lying delivery service ever.The driver accuses the sender that it arrived destroyed. He then proceeds To come and deliver a second box with no mask or gloves or any regard for my safety.He enters the doorway and steps both feet past my door thresh hold with out permission or protection.APC claims to focus on the customer but they have told the sender and myself that they will speak to the driver lmao.How would you feel if the box was clearly damaged by the delivery company who has a personal grudge cause you decide to stand up for yourself.APC does not follow Covid 19 safe policy even though they claim to.

Driver keeps knocking side door, meaning parcels get missed!

Service great, 4 stars because they took so long to answer telephone.

No notification of delivery time sent till hours after attempted delivery. Many, many failed attempts to get hold of over phone and package returned to sender without my knowledge even though I had selected on their system to pickup. Would rather drive 200 miles to location to pickup then ever use again.

Poor service, didn’t wait long enough for a 70yr old lady to get down stairs, wouldn’t re-deliver because they left the area. Now we have to wait 5 days to get re-delivered. Ridiculous attitude when they could have gone the extra mile. Would not use there service ever. Avoid

Excellent service from APC Redditch branch. Well timed and friendly pick up and fast delivery. All paperwork provided as proof of delivery. Well done to all.

Worst delivery service ever. Any business using this company is easily driving their customers away. My delivery never came despite receiving messages that delivery was attempted. On top of that, customer service is really bad and very unprofessional. I was talking and the consultant was cutting me off and lying.
