Piperdam House

Had a lovely family weekend here. The host Grant was super friendly and has clearly put a lot of thought into making sure you have everything you need so you can just settle in and relax. The house is really spacious and the private pool is brilliant and was well used all weekend.

Me and my family had a wonderful time at Piperdam House. The facilities and accommodation were brilliant and more than fulfilled our expectations. Staff were also very accommodating and helpful. I would definitely recommend Piperdam House to friends and family for a holiday break.

What can I say me and 7 friends were there for a 60th. This place is just fab and the indoor pool just puts the icing on the cake. The host grant is a great guy also no problems at all we will be back.

Piperdam house wow, me & my family had a fantastic time everything worked from en suite bedrooms private lounges & sky tv for football perfect, swimming pool & sauna was just awesome perfect for family & kids, scenery amazing these owners have got it right defo, thanks so much Linda for showing us around amazing & welcoming us, not to forget Grant thank you, omg anyone booking this you will not regret go for it

This place is unreal… just back from a long weekend staying here with 9 of my loved ones and friends and already we are looking to book up again. The place is huge and even though there were 10 of us - it never felt crowded at all.. loads of rooms to have a chill out time on your own if needed. The views are just stunning, especially from the cosy lounge upstairs- this was my favourite room. The pool and sauna were the icing on the cake and we all enjoyed this several times a day… basically this place will not disappoint!!

Great weekend away at piperdam house no faults atall but I do think the couches need up dated

Piperdam house was fantastic! Grant met us at the house and had shown us around and how to work everything! We had a great weekend celebrating our three friends 30th birthdays! Pool area is fantastic with sauna! Will Definetley be coming back!

Absolutely stunning!!!! Everything you need and more.. we rented the house in November for a family birthday celebration and the house was comfortably warm at all times, constant hot water. A very grand entrance with the double staircase is beautiful, with a bedroom on the lower level this makes it easy for older/disabled guests to enjoy family gatherings as the whole lower level of the house can be accessed if need be by a wheelchair.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything that you would need to cook for a large family, plenty of everything and with a dishwasher that was very handy. A large American fridge freezer with ice dispenser too.The very large comfortable corner sofa with a tv for plugging in your own entertainment ie Nintendo or Wii was a great hub area for the family.The Utility room covers all your washing needs A large dining room with dining table to sit 10 people was ideal.The living rooms areas are huge and with a tv in all , it was perfect for when the men wanted to watch football and the women didn’t . All of these rooms with their double patio doors leading out onto the huge combined patio area with enough tables and seats to enjoy outdoor eating.The bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious, plenty of storage and hangers. Four of the five bedrooms are large en-suite bathrooms with enough towels for each guest.The upstairs lounge was very comfortable and spacious with another tv entertainment area , with double doors that led you to an outside seating balcony with stunning views over the Golf course.And let’s not forget about the stunning swimming pool!!!! … it is comfortably warm and the water is at just the right temperature.The sauna was an added bonus and was amazing . With male and female changing rooms and plenty of pool towels to dry yourself with, This was actually the best part of the house for me . Lol . Even though it took me a few hours to not get lost in this epic house.As I had the house decorated with birthday balloon displays and lights, Grant was very accommodating in allowing the ballon company entry early to set up the displays.With a welcome pack of drinks and crisps from Grant it was a very kind gesture.We had a great time having fun with our family, and will most definitely be back.

We spent a wonderful weekend at Piperdam House with family & friends. The facilities are second to none. Every room well equipped for indoor dining, the two spacious lounges offer both time to relax in and the opportunity to be entertained with beautiful views across the golf course and loch. The indoor pool and sauna room is also very spacious with plenty seating areas to relax and enjoy the warmth of the pool room, it guaranteed the little ones (and the BIG ones) were fully entertained no matter what the weather or time of day.Facilities were of the highest standard, very clean, well-equipped & spacious both indoors & outdoors. The outdoor terrace offers privacy as well as a stunning view over the golf course and hills. We will definitely return to Piperdam House, it's a lovely holiday destination.
