Just used Jeromes Shanklin for a house sale, dealt with very efficiently and to my timescale.

My late father who died over eight years ago entrusted Jerome & Co with his Will, appointing two partners in the firm as executors.The Will has been uncontested and yet there is still no resolution and the executors have not provided information regarding the administration when requested.I strongly recommend avoiding this firm.

Extremely disappointed, I used Jerome in the past and it was efficient, great communication and working with a timescale. This time everything is wrong, from the late start of my case ,weeks were gone until paperwork summitted, lack of communication, never answer phone, wrong documents issues , and the lengthy process , is always something else. I feel like ending all because of so many months not progressing, living in boxes, with a illness...it is too much. No empathy for clients and no willingness to solved matters . I would avoid this firm, my case should be done by now.
