Holland & Barrett - West One

I came into your store today looking for the natural incense sticks you sell, sadly not in store! However I was greeted by a lovely human promoting the unrooted health shots who let me try some out and there customer service was so excellent, I bought one. Not only this but the person who served me at the till was also really nice and made for a great experience! Sometimes it's the little things, made my day (:(I can't remember their names hopefully it'll be easy to figure out but praise them both!)

Amazing customer service, this store never disappoints me with its customer service. I have to mention Noor, such a beautiful lady with such a beautiful smile, always very happy to help, although she only works on the weekend, she should be a full time staff

I really love the Holland & Barrett WestOne store! It’s in such a great location within Bond Street tube station, which makes it so easy for me to pop in and make my purchases with the help of the friendly and knowledgable staff there, while I am heading to work and back home. I also love the way the store’s layout is and how I can remember where to find what I want by the order the shelves are stacked - a great plus when I’ve little time between business meetings.I like the fact that the staff seem to be a permanent fixture, and that they recognise me, as I do them, from when I’ve last visited and how they remember what I last bought, making me feel like a valued customer. They clearly enjoy and care about their work and the people involved on both sides of the counter. I have worked in retail myself for 30 years, so I should know. I shop there about every 2-3 weeks and it’s always a welcoming treat!

Thanks to Saud,I came this evening with a question about to get pregnancy that I barely knew, Initally I tought that I went to feel more confident speaking with a woman about it but she wasn't and he took care of the situation, he informed me very well about the product that I needed. So in general, very well experience. Everything easily to find and well organized.

The person at the till told me loudly that my dog can contaminate the shop floors and that I should not bring it" inside again. My dog is a well-behaved groomed short hair spaniel on a short lead. I do not recommend anyone who has a pet to support this shop while this person is still operating. The shop is inside the West One Centre just outside the exit of the Bond Street underground station where pets are permitted. I do have to add this has not happened with other staff members on any of my previous visits."

Guy was absolutely rude at the cash and I was followed down each eisle by another worker. Worst Holland & Barrett I've ever been to!

An old favourite of mine. I have been spending a lot of time in health food stores for as long as I can remember.I used to buy Muesli and rolled jumbo oats in Winchester and Southampton where I used to live. My last visit to Holland and Barrett in their smallish store in West One Shopping Centre literally in Bond Street underground station. Was to purchase some whey protein powder it is on special offer at the moment and I also received an extra discount by using my Holland and Barrett Store Card.
