Hands down, the best gym I've ever been to. The facilities are well maintained and always clean, the changing rooms are sizeable and always provide a suitable space for changing and washing. The actual gym has an amazing amount of space that can facilitate from sports athletes to bodybuilders alike, a huge range. The staff are absolutely amazing, massive shout-out to Alex, Matti, Zidan, Mark and the rest of the crew on always being welcoming and helping me out, whether it's a quick spot on an exercise or how I can get involved more in activities, they are always helpful and happy to see me. The food as well is really good in the cafe, protein filled food which helps you get to your goals which justifies some high prices, but as a member you will receive 10% off. Overall, this gym provides the best space you could ask for in reaching your goals whilst actually enjoying it and feeling comfortable most importantly.(PS the football games are great)

The best gym in the area by far for weight training! Knowledgable, friendly staff who are approachable and will always offer guidance, blaring quality music, and you never have to wait for a rack, equipment or space. It’s great knowing i can go with a programme and actually get it done without having to adjust for equipment availability. Great location just off the a329, with lots of parking and a nice little cafe where you can work in peace If you fancy a change of scenery.I’m so great full to have this type of gym in my local area!

MoveHQ at Winnersh Triangle deserves a solid 5-star rating! The staff are consistently polite and helpful, making every visit enjoyable. The gym boasts top-notch equipment, and the gym is both spacious & inviting which adds to the positive experience. It's a winning choice for fitness enthusiasts! Why didn't I join sooner...

Love coming here and using the high quality equipment, staff are always amazing in particular Tobias who is an exceptional trainer; knowledgable, passionate and very motivating. Can’t fault anything or anyone here

Best gym in the area! A lots of amazing new equipment, different classes and workshops available and great astro pitch to play football on. The gym is often organising a lot of different stuff like football tournaments, S&C workshops, sports workshops, health workshops, personal health assessments, heart checks, FIFA tournaments etc. There is always something happening which is great for me. Really good smoothies at the café. Staff is ok too

What an awesome space! All the kit needed to train at a top level, in a great, varied, functional fitness environment.Front of house staff are always welcoming, the cafe area upstairs is superb for coffee and protein shakes and a place to work remotely before or after training! This place is like my second home!My only advice is to bring your own headphones if you’re not too keen on the often loudly played, heavy, offensive rap music :) But that’s just personal choice!Get yourselves signed up to this awesome facility!

Quite simply the best gym around! All the equipment you would ever need with great, friendly well informed staff!I am currently working with Mark as I am recovering from ACL reconstruction and the standard of sessions are elite and detailed, I can’t recommend this place enough!Also the cafe above the gym is a great place to work and have one of the best coffees around!

Imagine a CrossFit gym experience without the CrossFit label - abundant squat racks, barbells galore, a spacious and pristine environment, all complemented by a supportive and knowledgeable staff.

The gym is very clean but there are almost no machines. Must be 12 empty squat racks with some free weights, but that's about it. Also blasting music so loud it's hard to hear my own music even with noise cancelling. Would not recommend.
