Great bus service, took it from goodwick to St david's. Very nice bus drivers and reasonable priced. Beautiful countryside.

I have used the service a few times now while on my holidays. The drivers are very friendly.I had an issue where I left my purse on the bus, containing my cards and passport I was having a mild panic attack when I rang their offices and the ladies were onto it, the driver found it, they told me to meet the driver. I thanked him.The staff were amazing.

Bus left early and left me stranded in the middle of nowhere.When I phoned the office the lady on the phone literally offered no help and I'm sure she thaugut i was lieingThe driver is an absolute miserable man.On top of this have changed the times to I only could get 2 hours of work in for the clientAbsolute joke

i got the 4 o clock bus outside the seven stars pub 2 take me too mid llechryd the bus driver was rude arigant un profesional i asked to be droped off were i always get droped off he stoped up the road a lot futher and as i have problems walking i found it very diffficult as iam a ex bus driver myself i found it very unprofesinal and not a gredit to your bus service also he could not be botherd too charge me witch is not proffable the servies i had today was not acceptable

most of the drivers are great , but i had a bad experiance with one driver on the 22 /12/2018 . i asked him to drop me at the bottom of the road , where every other driver had dropped me and everyone else even though it is not a bus stop . he was very rude , and when i said i always get picked up and dropped by my house , he said he was not a taxi service and didnt stop outside everybodys house . i understand it is not an official bus stop but all the drivers pick people up , and drop them off down there , when i pionted out that there was not a pavement on that part of the road , he didnt care , i am pensioner , and my shopping trolley was very heavy . could somebody please listen to the bus video . i am seriously thinking of going to the local , or national newspapers with this , as i have health problems .these are the details on my ticket > trip 11 .....bus 123route 460driver 249FROM Carmarthen B StationTO Cenarth22/12/1814: 54.................307018ZERO fare , Bus Pass

Quite a comprehensive range of bus services for a rural area. Buses in good order and most drivers friendly and helpful. Accept wireless card payments.

BIG thanks to the Driver on the 8.50 411 bus from St Davids waiting for me, with my big load of luggage.As an ex LT bus conductor I know how un appreciated you can feel so doing your job... I also noticed he waited for other of people en-route . One suggestion though I noticed the bus got to Haverfordwest railway station only a few minutes after the Carmarthenshire direction train had left. Looking at the timetable seems most of the other buses dont connect very well either. As the trains are only every couple of hours, I wonder would it be possible to schedule to connect with the trains better?
