Darren came out to install our gas oven. There were parts missing from the oven which meant we couldn't level it. Darren went above and beyond to try and help us with this issue, even coming back out to us at the weekend to try and resolve it. He also helped us with our washer which we were struggling with.He was professional, friendly and provided excellent communication. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you again Darren!

Amazing guy. Called yesterday morning about our broken boiler and by the evening we were toasty warm. Reliable and honest. Advised us that the quote we received for several thousand by another company was wrong. Be warned there are scammers out there but rely on Coastal. I won’t be going anywhere else. Thanks again. What an epic company. Darren and Ethan knowledgeable, kind, personable, tidy and timely and reliable. Sorted mums boiler today and serviced it. Arrived when he said he would and completed the work. Darren came out within two days of calling to have a look at my leaking toilet. (It was so bad it had leaked through the ceiling downstairs!) He fitted a new pan connector, new pipework and replaced the whole flush mechanism. He arrived on time, cleaned up afterwards, explained everything he had done and was a very pleasant guy to chat with. Would highly recommend for even the small jobs a lot of plumbers wouldn't bother coming out for. Thanks Darren, I would definitely use you again and also recommend you to others :)

Darren and his apprentice did a wonderful job with our boiler - they came on the same day that I called and tried a few different things to get to the bottom of our mystery fault. They came equipped with a variety of spare parts and were able to fix the problem on the same day. They were also very friendly and the costing was so reasonable. I won't hesitate to call again if we have any future issues.
