Az made a huge difference to my project. His communication is v good and he made sure the project ran smoothly. He has great attention to detail and was willing to go the extra mile. Nothing was too much trouble.

We approached a few builders but Regals quotes are what gave us comfort as the breakdown was very detailed. We had created two quotes one medium spec and one low spec and was happy with the price as it beat the other quotes we had gained. As well as Regal having an office in Fulham, we hadn’t met a builder with a centre point of contact and the office was a very pleasant clean professional environment.Project had been executed on time for our side extension and as agreed on the quote, very good quality of construction and finish as well as excellent customer service. I had one of their tradesmen come over to my house to give me a quote for a job we need done. It has been over 2 MONTHS now, I’ve been sending him so many messages and I’ve been trying to call him so many times- once, he answered the phone and just ghosted me as he heard my voice. It looks like Regal Constructions SE LTD do work well, if you manage to get hold of them.I understand tradesmen are busy, but you could just have the decency of letting me know if you don’t have time, instead of wasting my time as I try to chase you up for months. I’m sure the company’s final results are fine, but the way they’ve been handling this situation is really terrible and it just makes me think they could be a nightmare to work with.They’ve definitely lost me as a potential client, hopefully this bad review will get them to reconsider their responsiveness.

Very pleased I went with this company. They are a family run company, with friendly attentive staff. No request was too much and they are positive, hard working and also willing to help out with other companies working on a job. We were renovating a two bed apartment and they managed most of the work. The price was fair, and the time schedule was pretty good. They want to please, and to finish.

I needed some work done at my shop, I got into their office and I spoke and dealt with a guy called WAEL! Super friendly and professional! The job was done perfectly, and he gave me couple of advices on other things....Thx a lot Wael! Promise to come back if anything was needed....Yes i am a happy customer, and it's highly recommended to any one, and specially to whom they live in the area!

I needed some work done at my parents home, and Wail took care of the project from start to finish. I had a number of builders in and quotes and I am pleased with the price and level of quality that Wail gave.Wail was there everyday to make sure the project was being completed on time and to the quality he ensures!Very detail oriented and precise with no hidden charges. This is the second time working with Regal. I am not one for reviews but they really have left me impressed.Having lots of bad experiences with builders and projects in the past, they really have shown high quality work ( I am very OCD and like things done properly and neatly) and professionalism.Wail was amazing and was there every day to make sure we was happy with work being carried out and making sure jobs were being done on time.

I had to renovate my entire 2 bedroom flat. I was extremely impressed with the quality and the speed of the works. From new piping throughout the flat, new electrics, wardrobe fittings, new flooring, new kitchen and bathroom. They assisted me on everything I wanted done and what to buy. I would defiantly use them again!!

Very pleased with the service and quality from Regal Construction Services Ltd We are amazed with the finishing and attention to detail. The team built a lovely Loft Conversion and Side Return Extension for us. They have just finished everything and our home looks perfect. We opted for a Glass Roof over our new Extension and full width Sliding Doors. Regal Ltd got us these and many other things like our Bathrooms and Kitchen at very good prices. They have some good connections with businesses around South London and helped save us a few thousand pounds by allowing us to buy on their trade accounts.Good ideas and very easy going approach from them made this project well worth it for us. Our home was in need of an urgent update and as Regal Ltd are busy around our area we got them round to help us out.The price of the work was reasonable and the timing was very good. The project took just 12 weeks to complete which is pretty fast considering the work they carried out.Very organised building company with helpful and very friendly staff. No pushy salesmen or over selling either just a very to the point initial meeting. We knew that they're good by how they understood what we wanted. The house is exactly the way we pictured it to be.We are very happy and grateful want to leave this review as a big big thank you to Regal Ltd
