Leeds - iQ Student Accommodation Leeds

Would not recommend going here if you value privacy. So many room checks, loads of silverfish, mould in the bathroom and the water in the sink always smelt like egg. Some of the staff were lovely, however, some were quite patronising. They also double charged my rent and it took them MONTHS to pay me back which was extremely stressful as I had absolutely no money at the start of the year which took quite a toll on my anxiety, to which they offered no sympathy or comfort. In fact, it felt like I was an inconvenience to them and that it was my fault that THEY double charged me. Pretty naff

I'm not really satisfied with the stay here in this Accomodation as there's some sort of construction work going on everyday in the premises and it's always noisy. There's an elevator which is always kept closed because of the construction work. Zero privacy in this Accomodation and worst pest control I've ever seen.

I've been here for 25 days now and it's been good so far . The place is clean and safe . Laundry here is easy to operate. Everyone at the reception is friendly and helpful.

Living at iQ since last 3 months has given me immense joy. I am the iQ Student Ambassador as well and I get to take part in every activity that iQ hosts. If you book your stay here, you also get your cash back of £300 as they'd promised. I'd recommend every student to prefer choosing iQ Accommodations to stay for their term.

when i decided to come to leeds i didn’t know a single person and was very nervous for living in a new place. their facebook page was a great way of finding friends who i’m now moving in with next year! aside the friendship aspects, the place and staff itself are better than i can describe. the reception staff are incredible, the maintenance is fast and the security makes you feel great. also how can you not like somewhere that allows you to get free veg and other bits and pieces on odd occasion? i would recommend this place heavily and i’m really sad to leave.

Got family living here and went to see their new digs! Nice rooms, secure, clean and well insulated. They don't have any complaints having lived there!

Awful. Had items stolen. A guy next door shouting on his phone till 5am. Constant slamming doors. Someone throwing bottles out of the windows. Piles of rubbish. Copper cable on the bathroom floor which cut my foot. Broken oven. Bugs in the room. Alarms going off at night.

I felt very safe and content with all the amenities iQ had to offer and it is also located in a great area of the city. Laundry is great, there’s a quiet study room and a fun communal space with a table tennis and pool table. There’s also a TV at the communal space. i had to order so much and everything was kept safely at the reception and I could collect it at a time of my preference, which was great! The place has 24/7 security. All the flats had everything I needed and when there was an issue, maintenance was there the same or the next day at most to fix it. iQ is also building new amenities for this year’s students which is a bummer for me cause I can’t experience it but I am very glad people have something new to look forward to! The gym is amazing with big mirrors and there’s a bus stop right in front for buses towards the city centre (buses 38 and 39).Overall it was indeed a home away from home for me! I found great people and made amazing memories! I hope the next set of people can have an equally amazing time at iQ! I highly recommend it!

Superb accommodation for the price. I had a single occupant bronze studio for my postgraduate year. Great room; has everything you need to cook proper food. The microwave is modern and is as good as an oven. The cooker is very good and the mini fridge has more space than you'll ever need. Top quality facilities elsewhere (laundry and study/social space). Special thanks to the maintenance team: reliable, efficient, and very responsive! Very friendly reception staff day and night!

Really nice apartments. They have shared flats and studios. They have TVs in their living spaces. The shared flats were for 5 people I think.
