The family team here are appalling. I would expect them to deal with family issues in a sensitive and caring manner. Instead they prefer to communicate in an inflammatory manner provoking Ill feeling between the parties. I can only suspect this is a deliberate ploy to increase their revenue. Not satisfied with this, they like to play as psychologists without any qualification. One for the legal ombudsman to sort
