Terrible experience with MML. Court had appointed them on my behalf as me and my ex couldn’t agree T&Cs for selling our property. They are garbage and unless you want extra hassle, at the time of moving home then stay as far clear of these charlatans as possible!

I had to use MML, unfortunately I had a very difficult situation at work where the situation was unbearable and they were clearly breaching rights, Ryan was really supportive and ensured I was able to part ways with my head held high, don't put up with a bad situation, get in contact and get some advice, Ryan was fantastic and an asset to MML law, definitely recommend.

If legal aid, stay clear of these cowboys. They’re interested in u signing legal aid forms only. You’ll get poor representation. As they say: the most expensive thing in this world, is a cheap solicitor .. don’t settle for these just because they’re duty solicitors

Received an arrogant, condescending set of emails from a John muir because their client refused to pay for mutual common repairs. Factually incorrect. No apology when I pointed out errors, went out their way to avoid one and had a suitably arrogant response. Emailed office to ask if was genuine, received no reply. Bullies. I wouldn’t have you represent me if you paid me

They never get back to you. They advised and verified that my house insurance would cover my costs and then I find out they might not. They send out letters asking me to make appointments which I've done via email and phonecalls and believe it or not, I gave up on them and stills year later I received a letter asking me what I'd like to do about my case...it's laughable that they're so unorganized and it's worrying when you put money, patience and sanity on the line with a company that are supposed to be professional. They might be okay with low cost recovery or small cases but their communication is non-existant and you can feel worse from having gone through them. Avoid!

Already said somewhere. Very good. If I win my case it'll get 5 stars lol....in all seriousness imo the best in Dundee. Not that I've had alot of solicitors!!!!!!I have to give it 5 stars now......My case was handled for me with exceptional service....I didn't have to go to court. All the worry and drama etc was taken out of my hands and my case was admonished.....I knew it would be but all the hassle was handled by MML completely........THD BEST

Absolutely appalling service. This firm is severly lacking in common decency, ethics and integrity. They strung me along for several weeks, whilst ignoring each update I gave them regarding my case; only emailing me sporadically advising we are still looking at your case." My case is extremely sensitive and excruciatingly painful for my family to deal with. I was treated heinously

Quite frankly the best solicitors I have ever used and I recommend using this company 100% My case was particularly complex and lasted quite a long time against a multi-billion pound company, one of the biggest in the world in fact. Ryan Russell fought this from day one and took the case on with pride! He absolutely raised the bar in court and took this company to task! One of the best solicitors I have ever have the pleasure to see in action and cannot recommend highly enough. Absolute top class!
