Ordered through Deliveroo. They kept the driver waiting twenty minutes, completely messed up the order, and the food was rubbish. Absolute clowns. Avoid like the plague. Edit: to clarify, Deliveroo are not at fault, it's the restaurant and judging from the reviews below this it seems to be a common issue. Also, the chicken royale had literally no topings. Absolutely disgusting. I don't know what idiots they have working there.

Great service and food everytime! After refusing to return to another well known fast food chain, at the beginning of this year. For their constant mishaps, cold food, long waiting times and poor quality.I decided to try this Burger King a couple months ago. I have learnt with every visit that Amina and her team are consistently outstanding, with great attention to detail. The food is hot, fresh and tasty. The restaurant is clean and the staff practice good hygiene and care with handling the food.Thank you! And keep up the excellent work and services

Food is always hot and freshly made in front of you ,they’ve never got my order incorrect, love the choice in drinks, staff members are so polite and can’t do enough for you, my favourite takeaway.

This place is always cold and half empty, but well set out so I can get around in a power chair.There are a few disabled parking spaces outside but this branch does not have a drive through.We use the screens to order but sometimes they glitch so after 2 attempts we have to ask a cashier.Cashiers are usually friendly and the food is made quickly but the burgers are always cold, not even luke warm. The chicken is usually hot though so I don't know why the process is different?This puts me off ordering what I want as I don't know how long the burgers have been cooked and sat there cold.We did tell a member of staff and she swapped it for another that was exactly the same. The cheese wasn't even partially warm or melted.Frustrating.On the plus side there is a disabled toilet here snd the tables are a good height to get your legs under in a wheelchair

My Burger King experience was fantastic! The Whopper was incredibly juicy, and the crispy chicken sandwich was a delightful surprise.Quick service and a tasty meal made it a satisfying visit.

I do not usually eat fast food but decided to treat myself after a long day at work. Pleasingly was not dismayed. I ordered the Californian BBQ Double, fries and a drink. The staff were helpful and being a slight germofobe was watching Tyler (I had asked for his name) make the food. He didn't seem to mind that I was staring at him the whole time. The burger was delicious and if I could say anything negative was that it was too big for me. Highly recommend them. Definitely going back but maybe order something smaller next time.
