Durham Cat Hotel

Our little 10 year old cat stayed with Linda for a week while we were visiting family, and we could not have put her in safer hands!Lovely rooms with lots for the cat to do, knew she was safe not mixing with others as well which was important. Updates every day so we knew how she was getting on. Was like a holiday for her and helped us relax knowing she was well looked after.We will definitely be back! :)

Linda is the most warm and welcoming lady, my cat Oli stayed with her the first week in April for 6 nights, every day I received lovely videos and photos of Oli. Oli was treated like Linda's own cat and I had peace of mind knowing Oli was perfectly looked after. Thankyou for taking such great care of her.

Oh goodness would recommend this place for your cat to stay. Our 2 cats loved it. The owner treats the animals like her own and sent us videos and photos while we were on holiday. Music room was very comfortable and tactile for cats

Our little boy Murphy has just got home from his stay with Linda, and I’m pretty sure he is already wanting to go back! As a massive worrier about leaving pets behind, this is absolutely the best experience you could ever want for your loved one and for yourself whilst your away!!! With regular updates and pictures of how happy Murph was, I cant thank Linda enough for the care she gives the cats she looks after. He will definitely be back, and I definitely recommended to anyone looking for 5 star care for your cat. Thank you Linda, Murphy is counting down the days til he is back❤️

Just collected our two furbaby girls from Linda today. This was the first time I'd ever left them anywhere and I was so worried. However there was nothing to worry about. Linda clearly loves cats and takes great care of the ones that stay with her. She's also really lovely and great at dealing with the owners too! The rooms they stay in are fantastic, they get to watch television and are thoroughly spoilt. I got regular updates with photos so I knew how they were getting on and they looked like they were having a great time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Durham Cat Hotel to anyone

Linda looked after my 3 house cats when I went into hospital for hip surgery. I was so incredibly lucky to get a late cancellation and then a little extension on their stay !I got daily updates with videos and photos which put my mind completely at rest that they were getting the same 5 star service they’re used to at home. They absolutely loved their stay, totally spoilt rotten for 12 days.I would thoroughly recommend Durham Cat Hotel and will definitely use Linda again because I have total trust in the care and service she provides. We booked our 3 rescue cats in at Durham Cat Hotel whilst we were away Monday-Friday. We felt so comfortable leaving them with Linda as the room they were staying in (The Snug) was heated for the cats before arrival and Linda had taken extra care to make sure that our shy boy had extra spaces to hide until he was comfortable to come out. She provided us with multiple daily updates including photos and videos which made us feel at ease being able to see how well they were settling in. The cats were truly treated as if they were part of Linda’s own family and we will definitely be booking our trio in the next time we go away. Prices are very reasonable too for all that it included! Linda looks after the cats so we’ll, they live in the lap of luxury. She genuinely loves the cats and takes excellent care of them. The rooms are lovely and Linda keeps you well upto date with what the fur babies have been up to with daily pics and updates.

What a find Linda is. She took on my famously naughty cat with open arms and somehow managed to make him adore her in two weeks! I had regular updates, he was treated like a spoilt little prince (healthy snacks, attention and even movie nights) and there is literally nobody else I’d rather have him stay with. The premises are luxurious, spotlessly clean, heated and the service is second to none. Thank you so much for the love and care you showed Jack and we’ll see you next time!
