Not sure what to say - it's a car park, a large one at that on a former RAF Base. Half was in use by the District Council and the other half was in use as a Rapid Covid Testing Centre

What a lovely place. Council offices in an old RAF station. Had coffee and scone at Mini’s Mission. Well worth a visit and learn the reason behind it.
