Friendly and helpful staff, usual product availability for a newsagents, no problems encountered with Parcel collection.

Parcels have been delivered here which have been tracked and the barcode read in shop, but have been stolen.The male shop keeper refuses to search for customers parcels even though I’ve been standing at till with my QR code and ID.He asked me to search in a box amongst other peoples parcels for mine.Some of these are very small and a thief could easily pocket these as the area is not monitored.Two item have gone missing this way.Or perhaps the shop owner himself?Theres no responsibility on the shop keeper and to be honest he’s very rude and unhelpful.The female on the other hand is the opposite.I wont be using this shop again.Stolen Christmas presents!Update from today (4Dec)I was served by the gentleman in question today and asked for the the owners details to make a complaint, but he refused to do this.We also had a parcel to pick up and he refused to serve us until all the people in the queue behind had been served.This doesn’t happen in any other shop.I think that he has a scam going on and steals parcels himself then blame’s customers.The next step is to call the police.Avoid having anything delivered here of value.We will be refunded and are insured upto £500 on the items stolen.
