I have been with this surgery for over 15 years. Always have good experience with staff and doctors. Very considerate with me always. The surgery is always clean and nice. My grandson had circumcision done there recently. The doctor explained everything so clearly first before op. Very highly recommended. AR

Great outcome, appointment went very smoothly and professionaly, literaly took 10-15 minits for Dr to complete circumcision on my 4th boy (By the way came here with my 3rd boy too an had great outcome with no complications alhamdulilah) waiting time wasn't bad eaither their were other couples too but we were taken in on time. After care was great too, baby healed very well and ring was off by day 6. Couldn't have gone any better. I would definitely go back again if I had a 5th boy and would definitely recommend to all.

I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by the new staff at ar razi. Marium and Jay are so polite and friendly, making sure to promptly respond and sort out any queries I have. Thank you to the both of you for your excellent service. I cannot believe this is the same medical centre! I used to be extremely dissappointed by their service before Marium and Jay joined the team. Also to lady GP I have been forwarded to she has been pleasent and gave me ample time to disscuss my problems. Thank you.

Poor service. All the good staff leave. REALLY! dont bother I had to move like many others from Dr Newleys when it closed and this surgery is god awful. They treat you like meat and the staff change with every visit. I have had 4 various blood tests and no results. I was sent to the general hospital for a further a blood test and this surgery didn't have my results and they asked me to ask the general hospital for the results. WHY SEND ME THERE IF YOU WONT GET THE RESULTS. I have changed surgery at last..........AVOID Total waste of time your pharmacy is better.

I would not even give it 1 star. Possibly the worst surgery I have come across. No care or considration for patients and not hearing what the patient is actually saying. And saying things like you don't need these tests doing because I am more educated and I am a doctor you don't no anything". And when the test results came with defiencies the doctor denying he said anything like that. Seriously pathetic doctors as well as the receptionists there how hard is it for you guys to smile.Further to the below response and an update from 8/01/23Hi all

Dr Vania, is a terrable GP. After hearing how bad he was i still gave him the benefit of doubt and joined the practice. After receiving shocking bad and rude healthcare i decided to leave and go to evington medical center. Doctors there have already shown me alot of respect and the level of service is a million times better. I wouldn't even recommend my worse enemy to join the practice. Peace

The rudest Dr I’ve ever had the displeasure in dealing with my entire life - Dr AK Vania. People, please read these reviews before joining this surgery, and save yourself the same misery I had in meeting this arrogant man. He told me he “didn’t care” if I took the medication or not and said I wasn’t committed to getting better before ushering me out of his office.Not to be outdone by the person at the top of this omnishambles, his support staff are equally as incompetent as he is small minded. They made my wife come to the surgery (with 2 small children, forcing her to take a taxi to and from the surgery), to tell her something they could’ve told her over the phone. You couldn’t make this up in your wildest dreams.I really hope they read this because it’s a disgrace they are even allowed to operate their shameful practice.

Not sure why people are posting poor reviews.Got a quick appointment. The place is spotless clean, toilets too. The staff are well friendly and the GP was through, gave great advice and sorted my back issue. I think people need to visit other surgeries and be seen by other GP's before slating this one. I highly recommend this practice

I can't believe this place. Basically just a middle man for the hospital. Give me info i already know and then tell me if it gets worst contact them. Well my son is ill. He has gotten worst since we called the first time. So why not try being a doctor instead of sending me to the hospital to see another doctor.Also whilst I'm here I should let you all know that if you want an appointment you only get 10minutes consultation for 1 problem or illness per visit. That appointment will only be given to you if you contact them in the morning, of the day of your visit, at 8.30am. If you miss the time or don't get through your wasting your time trying. By far the worst medical centre I've ever known. Even foreign surgeries abroad would be far better. Other commenters clearly have ther eyes open to this place.
