Left a prescription with them as didn't have item in stock, left name and number as advised by staff, that was on the 2nd of February, still no reply. Thank God they weren't vital, shocking performance Never again

Waited 45 mins for a mini bottle of prescribed eye drops.

If you are feeling really sick and the hospital makes you go to this boots be ready for a long wait. Giving them the benefit of the doubt they do serve all the patients. This boots is small and only have a little range

I just want to advise people to be very careful in this place. I was prescribed the pills for 28 days because I had severe pain associated with chronic gastritis. But they gave me 14 capsules (photos attached). I realized this when after 14 days of taking the drug I had pain and wanted to check the dose again etc. Good thing I asked for a copy of the prescription and it helped me find the reason. It took me to make an appointment with my GP, buy another pack (full) and start treatment again. I'm so angry, I wish they would investigate, if there are more people affected by this scam. Is it negligence?

Although only a small pharmacy, it certainly caters for the needs of the patients.I have been dealing with them for the past 6 months.Every month they contact me by phone to say my prescription is ready. They are always bright and cheerfully,.They are always very helpful when I ask for the medication to be sent to Riverside as it is easier for me.The staff there are a credit to the company.

Very slow service and long que for a packet of baby milk.....
