Fast, professional and good value

Walked in without appointment at 5pm. Was welcomed and asked to sit. Wait was around 10 minutes which was much less than I expected! The gentleman helped me find my perfect colour from a HUGE selection! Whereas most people do not talk to you I was fully engaged in conversation for 20 minutes. Extremely satisfied and will 100% recommend and return! Thank you sir!

i don’t like it here dragged my friends hands around like a rag doll and are so rude!

I made an appointment at 4 and arrived 10 mins early to make sure I was there in enough time. I was left waiting for 45 mins, until the 2 nail technicians had done 3 others nails before mine and my sisters. They apologised so I left it, I showed them a picture of what I wanted and the length, I wanted a long coffin shaped nail. They cut them two short but none of the nails are the same size, one hand of nails are noticeably larger than the other one. They aren’t even smooth and dried with air bubbles on top. Wouldn’t recommend sadly, the price was good tho just wouldn’t go again.

As i arrived was told to sit and wait even though I had an appointment booked. The treatment was first carried out by a woman. Then a male took over to apply the acrylic and gel colour to my nails. When using the electric drill he then cut one of my cuticles consequently making it bleed. In doing so he didn't clean the drill after it had drawn blood from my cuticles. Imagine if this happened to a client prior and the drill wasn't cleaned then either..Once he began to file my nails one had clearly been over filed as was all wonky and leaned to one side. During my treatment the nail technician was on their mobile and taking personal phone calls. I felt that this was unprofessional and that the concentration wasn't fully in the treatment which I was paying for. Now looking at the end result my nails all have ridges and bumps where the acrylic is not level and the gel polish hasn't set properly. Overall disappointed with my nails and the experience wasn't a relaxed one!

Service was poor, there was youtube playing in the background really loud for the little girl. My friend got her nails done here and she felt the worker was very rough with her hands.He was dragging her hands across the table like a doll and spinning her hands around for the right angle. I got given a packet of crisps and said i would eat them after but the little girl took them off me. After the visit the little girl grabbed me friends hand to take a look at her nails without asking, no one said anything about that either. Her nails then were very wonky which makes them look horrible.

Felt nails were rushed and it was painful at times, then when got home nails didnt look like what I expected. nail varnish not put on thick enough, unable to ombre my nailswhich wanted, ended up filing nails to how wanted and cleaned varnish off own skin myselfFriendly people though

Rang up and booked an appt, knew they would be busy and wanted to avoid a long wait. Turned up on time and they said that they hadn’t received a call and had no appointment even though I have it all registered on my phone log. Always had rubbish customer service.
