Thank you LE Cramer! I'm so OCD about my precious BMW and spent ages trying to find the right garage - after doing hours of research it seemed that LE Cramer was the right choice and I'm so glad I chose them for my MOT and Service. You know when you turn up and you see an AC Cobra, Porsche and BMW M5 that this is a serious garage.The staff were really friendly, treated the car with respect and the price was very good - if I went to BMW directly they would have asked for my left kidney. Because my car is low and has a front splitter they made sure they got it on the ramp very carefully. In addition to that they are also able to update the iDrive and BMW Cloud directly which a lot of garages don't do.When I came to pick my car up I met Bala who is a really nice guy, we spoke for ages about car modifications and he even gave me a tour of the garage, showing me how they rebuild engines etc. This is a proper car guys garage and you have got a customer for life now! Thank you to Bala and the team once again!

Really bad experience with this peopleSome months ago my Partner's car was misdiagnosed and ended up paying money for nothing .Engine management light was on and they called me saying it would be a SUSPECTED solenoid valve failure"!Collected the car and the light came on again on the next day!Took the car to another garage just to find out that the issue was completely different .Had to pay two garages to resolve the problem!Will never use them again"

What a lovely garage! It’s nice to be treated like a customer and not like they are doing you a huge favour, as seems to be the case with the large chain garages. I will definitely be using Cramer’s again.

If professionalism, quality of service and TRUST are high on your agenda from your mechanic then... this is the place that you need your car in. I have been using them for over 5yrs with no complaints. My engine all but exploded and the team moves heaven and earth to get me back on the road. Much love.

Was able to arrange an appointment to check my car for a starter motor fault very quickly. The lady who picked up my phone calls was always polite and understanding, and she let me leave my car there overnight after-hours as I had work in the morning. The fault was found very quickly the next morning and I paid a fair price. Yet again I was at work, so I was able to pick up my car after-hours. What's not to like? Flexible and honest garage.

Fantastic customer service, absolutely cannot recommend this place highly enough! Could not be more heipful, friendly and professional. Always my go to garage. 10 out of 10
