To rushed car not cleaned very well

Worst experience ever. Left my car with them which was pretty clean anyway but pointed out that the side pockets needed cleaning after some coffee spillages and something like a toffee had melted in the side, they didn't clean the pockets at all and then complained a lot when I got back and pointed it out. On top of this, they took a phone wire and some loose change from the middle compartment (leaving only some dried on coffee stains) absolutely disgusted that they took my change and phone wire, then didn't clean it just to add further insult. DO NOT GO HERE. I genuinely hope they go out of business. Worst £15 I ever spent.

Always been a visitor here for many years . However it’s now time to change . I’m tired of having to clean my windows after a wash and the final straw was an extra £5 to tidy my boot . It’s a fiesta not a bus .

Don't go here if your a female on your own, TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF A WOMEN THIS MORNING. I recommended so I won't be using these again. SHOCKING and DISRESPECTFUL humans they don't deserve business!!

Pretty crazy place this. It’s great that you can leave your car and go into Macclesfield whilst the car is being valeted. It is however very popular meaning it can get a bit chaotic trying to drop the car off in the first place.

Terrible service, argued with about what size my car was and therefore what price it was, despite a large sign saying what category cars are in and not following it. Not nice experience at all.

Have been a regular here, had the he car washed & on getting to my destination found damage to the n/s/f wing, front and rear door...it looked like some grit or something had left a scratch in the paintwork, took it back the next day and spoke to the Lady in charge who dismissed my claim... She said it was impossible they could have damaged it, I then saw one of the car wash guys throw his wash mitten towards the big blue bucket of wash suds from a distance of about 10 feet, it missed and fell on the floor... When I pointed this out she admitted there was a possibility it could happen and to come back Monday to see her husband... I did, twice... But unfortunately he wasn't there!

Avoid like the plague. Slow, overcharged me and left my car still filthy..pic of wheels left dirty uploaded

The exterior and interior clean was very good, although it should be £25 (BMW 3 series). It's great that you leave your car while shopping in Macclesfield. The two star rating is due to some lose change being taken from the centre console.In summary a convenient and good car wash, just don't leave anything of any value in your car!
