We decided to have a rear extension for an open space kitchen and living room, porch extension and demolition of the chimney breasts in the rooms. We had quotations from a couple of other builders, although, in all honesty, Arez was not the cheapest. It took quite a while to start the project and we had to meet Ali a couple of times for reviewing. Ali always visited us on the day and on the time he has promised to come. Each time our requests were taken into consideration by Ali and the project was amended accordingly. All calls were replied to and all messages were answered along the way. I cannot remember even one message that has not been answered to. I do not know how they could gather such a team with every member so polite, respectful and hardworking. We did not even ask once where the builders are, they always came on time early in the mornings and worked non-stop until 5 pm. All the builders were highly qualified and they never procrastinated to make the changes we asked of them. They created a sense of reassurance on all of us that we left the house for 3 weeks in the Easter holiday. When we came back we found out that the work was about to finish and quality was up to the standards. Everything had finished in 3 months earlier than we had expected.Thanks to all the members of the team especially to Ali and Mohammed.

I cannot rate Ali and his team highly enough. They were very professional, hard-working and polite. They were always thinking one step ahead, ensuring that they had all supplies in time, and involving us at the appropriate times and advising us on the most suitable and cost-effective options. They did an amazing job on our extension, which wasn’t a straightforward build, being a narrow Victorian terraced house built on a sloping terrain, and we are very pleased with the result.

Ali and his team renovated my whole flat - removed the chimney breast and added a structural beam, built the kitchen, moved a wall, bathroom etc. They also painted everything after and I have used them many times since. They are polite, hardworking and efficient, and always tidy up after themselves. Highly recommend
