Cant fault these guys. Great stock and decent honest prices. I purchased a Merc C43 and took out the warranty at the same time. I have to say these guys don't sell cars with a warranty that don't cover anything when the time comes to claim. Their warranty supplier is fantastic and well worth the extra spend. Cars been MOTd and they picked up a broken spring. called the Warranty expecting to be fobbed off, the opposite happened and everything is covered. So a prefect car dealer with a warranty that actually does cover what you would expect. A sign that they care about their customers. Thanks to all at Autobay for a great buyer experience.

I would recommend Autobay Direct to anyone looking for a quality used car at the right price. I found the service to be very efficient and above all fair. The sales person (Carl) wasn't at all pushy and had total confidence in vehicles he was selling, overall a swift and trouble free transaction. I am absolutely delighted with the car I purchased from them - great team, great service!

I only gave 5 star because that's what Google only allows me to do. I bought my car early February 2021 from Autobay Direct and I took 2 months before I gave a review to make sure it's accurate. Firstly staff (Carl) provided excellent customer service when I bought my BMW 1 series. The car runs perfect and I have not encountered any single problem since I bought it. The car matched the description as advertised on the website. I would recommend Autobay Direct to anyone who wants to buy a nice reliable car.

Bought a car from here over the weekend and couldn’t have had a better experience. Dealt with Martin, genuine and great guy took me for a proper test drive and they wasn’t a question about the performance car he didn’t know the answer to. Took my car for part exchange gave me a great price and finance all sorted within 2 hours of being there. Pleasure to buy a car from great company and definitely car enthusiasts. Would recommend highly!

Takes ages to reply to email and text. I contacted early Sunday morning and sent several follow ups during the day and first thing Monday. Got a message at 2pm Monday saying the car has been sold! Try picking up your messages sooner! Unacceptable

5 star service, dealt with Carl who was honest and friendly. Nothing was ever too much during the purchase of the car and even after it! The car is in amazing condition with everything as described and a good price.Carl made me feel welcome and reassured through out and I can’t thank him enough.I will be sure to come back when it’s time for another!Highly recommend.
