Two kind ladies said Happy birthday to me and did really nice drawings on my cup. I am 8 today and this was my first bubble tea. It was so tasty and the bubbles burst liquid. I am so happy. Thank you.

Absolutely love it here! The staff make me feel so welcomed and at home every visit, the drinks are to die for and everything is so well made and friendly. The manager, lady with brown hair, is the sweetest woman i’ve ever met, always makes me feel welcomed and makes me smile and i always see her reassuring people and asking if it’s their first time and that. Amazing place, definitely recommended!!!

First off would like to express my views on the staff and customer service, first time i went there the manager Jay was especially amazing as well as all the other staff members. Now with the drinks made i love the fact that this bubble tea kiosk put full heart into their work! Big thank you to all that work there.

Drinks are brilliant but the staff can be 50/50. I went to the centre the other day and there was a member of staff (redish hair) swearing and screaming her head off in the booth, im not sure if it was aimed at a customer or another member of staff but that’s not someome i want to be served by.

I would like to say how brilliant it is to visit a bubble tea store and be pleasantly welcomed with a warm and friendly woman like jay I can’t tell you how amazing she made me and my partner feel recommending us options and having a laugh as we ordered she is a natural at being a people person the drink was fantastic a mango and strawberry flavour bubbles. Great drink wonderful atmosphere but not a fan of the tapioca! Defo recommended to anyone wondering to try or not thanks so much for ur service we will see you again

The drinks are fine, if a little pricey.My main gripe is with the rewards system. You earn one point each time you buy a drink - 10 points gets you a free drink. They recently changed the points system from being a loyalty card to being linked to your mobile phone number, which you tell them each time you go.For some reason we've been stuck on 9 points for what seems like the last 4 visits - that 10th point and free drink remain frustratingly elusive! To be absolutely honest, the promotion (or at least the way it's conducted) does seem to be almost verging on a scam.I would be keen to see if other customers have experienced the same thing.

Just wanted to say how unprofessional the manager (long brown hair) is! Iv been a few times now and have noticed that the level of hygiene and professionalism is awful. From her not wearing her hair up to leaving the place a tip, not to mention belittling and shouting at her staff members who can’t be any older than 17-19 years old, have some respect towards your staff for gods sake. I also have seen her eating on site in front of customers which I believe is highly unprofessional. Some one higher up needs to seriously look into this as it is not acceptable!

Wow! My mate always talks about this place and the lady who I think is the manager… brown haired lady and soon as I got to the till she was so lovely it made me happy I had a mango and passion fruit drink and it didn’t disappoint the vibe and atmosphere is amazing and you can tell the staff love the job really glad I tried it and will be visiting again thanks so much for your kind service and the lady made my day
