Another excellent watch repair by Spencer this time on a sixty year old Seiko

Left my watch for a new strap to be fitted which I supplied. All done well, as promised and at an agreed and very fair price. Shop local !

Looked on the internet for watch repairs and this place popped up. Took in a watch which had lost the strap screw to see if they could repair it. Was advised by the lady in the shop that “well he’s a horologist so he should be able to repair it as he has lots of bits.” I was told they would let me know if it could be done, to which I replied “ if it can be done then I don’t mind waiting but if it can’t, please let me know so I can take it somewhere else.” After 3 days of waiting I phoned and was told he hasn’t got the part!! My wife collected and was given back the watch without any explanation, thanks, or any other communication until she asked, which was responded to with a couldn’t care less attitude.Just wanted to say thanks for nothing and to advise anyone else that they don’t offer any customer service so don’t bother going. I wonder when they may have condescended to let me know?

I have three watches all needing new batteries. When I took them to Spencer Phillips, I was in a rush and happy to leave the watches, which I collected a couple of days later. All three working again. On other occasions, I’ve had watches repaired on the spot. I can’t fault the service or the price, and I’ll certainly be going back next time I need anything horological attending to.

I am very impressed with Spencer Phillips, he really knows so much about watches. I've tried many places to get my gold watch fixed, all of them have said it was too old to do anything with. Spencer Phillips are fixing it for me. The watch is very precious to me and I'm extremely happy.

I recently acquired a ww2 German aircraft clock which ran erratically for a month or so and then stopped.I took it to Spencer Phillips who worked his magic on it and it now keeps perfect time.I can 100% recommend this company,many thanks Arthur

Took my breitling Super ocean chronograph here that had developed a fault,I had to leave the watch with him for afew days,so he could diagnose the fault , I got a quote by tx message which was arranged while I was in the shop. I replied with the go ahead and I collected afew days later.very happy with the service and now my watch is working perfect again.and the price was very reasonable 10/10
