After having used Bluewater last year having a bathroom refitted I was very pleased with the result, which made them my first port of call for a quote for a new kitchen this year. Paul, Project manager, came to measure and assess what I needed. He then came up with a few designs which we discussed at length and decided which one to run with. A date was set for the start. Everything happened on time, from delivery to finish. Shaun, the kitchen fitter, was prompt every day and a tidy, professional tradesman. A couple of small problems arose, which were dealt with promptly and efficiently. All involved, plumbers, plasterer and electricians were all very friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend Bluewater to anyone looking for a kitchen or bathroom.L.Phillps.

After reading the excellent reviews posted by Bluewater customers, we decided to have them renovate our 20 plus year old kitchen. Our first contact was with Paul, who came to our house to discuss what we wanted and measure up. After a week or so we met back at Bluewater, where Paul showed us his design for our kitchen. We chose the cabinets we wanted and everything else. A couple of weeks later we were informed that Paul was leaving the company and Dominic would be taking care of us. Being the ultimate professional he came and re measured and invited us back to Bluewater to go through the design in minute detail until we were happy we were going to get the kitchen of our dreams.When the big day arrived, Shaun the fitter was first to appear. He started to rip out the old units.in a short space of time, the kitchen was a bare shell. By this time the electricians had arrived and started to do their job. The following day it was the Plumbers, then the next day it was the plasterers. The following Monday, Shaun began to install the new cabinets. He is an excellent fitter. Over the next ren days the other trades came back in to finnish their parts. By the time they had finished, we had a beautiful kitchen. At the time of writing this, we have a few things to finnish ourselves, painting etc, plus a few new doors.We would highly recommend Bluewater Bathrooms & kitchens.

Brilliant service from start to finish. From the time Dominic put into the design, the opportunities given to review and make any changes, the quality of the kitchen and finishing with the fantastic installation by Matt. There were only a few minor issues throughout but these were quickly resolved and I was always kept informed. Everyone was professional, friendly and worked incredibly hard to ensure my kitchen was completed to the highest standard and I would highly recommend Bluewater and would definitely use them again.

We have been delighted with the work done by Bluewater on our new bathroom. Mark gave excellent guidance on what to buy in the showrooms. Danny who did most of the work kept us informed on what he was doing, was punctual and tidied up after himself each day.The attention to detail was excellent and the whole job was completed quicker than the original estimate. We used Bluewater because they were recommended by a friend and we would recommend them to anyone else.

Amazing bathroom transformation!After years of suffering with our poor bathroom which wasn’t built correctly, we went to Bluewater for their help to upgrade. Our bathroom needed a dire renovation from a leaking shower base to poor ventilation which was a few of our many problems. We decided to browse their showroom to have an idea of how we wanted our new bathroom to look, and was immediately greeted by Mark. He was friendly, professional and answered all our concerns/ questions confidently. From then on, I was surprised at how quick the process was from start to finish. Given that we wanted this to be our dream bathroom, we were super picky from the choices of vanity unit to the colour coordination of the tiles - at points we were overwhelmed by the many choices available. But with the help of Mark, he helped bring our vision to life! Mark was extremely patient with us, given that we were indecisive of many items within our bathroom, especially the tile colour! His knowledge and attention to detail helped with the process of our decision making. I highly recommend those that are looking for a new bathroom to ask for Mark, you will not be disappointed! After our consultation meeting, I really liked the level of transparency from start to finish, so you know what you’re paying and where costs are coming from. I also would like to thank Mark and his team for accommodating our needs that was bespoke to our design that we wanted to include. This was by no means a easy challenge for Mark.I am truly amazed at the professional quality and level of workmanship of the bathroom. Before we were quite hesitant to show our bathroom given it’s previous state, but now after the renovation we have a new found confidence in inviting a few friends to stay over. I simply cannot put to words how beautiful our bathroom is, please have a look at the photos. A big thank you to Mark, Luke and his professional team who delivered on this. They have simply delivered us more than the ideal bathroom to what we could have asked for.

Great design advice from Dominic for replacement kitchen with plenty of opportunities to review and change details before commit to order. Installation also excellent - Matt is very professional and his workmanship excellent. They were also very quick to resolve any snags. Would highly recommend using Bluewater and would also say including the larder unit is a must!! Love our new kitchen.

Having had our new bathroom fitted last year by Bluewater, there was only one place we were going to go when we decided to replace our kitchen. From the first phone call to the end of the project, we cannot fault the professionalism, the quality of their products and the quality of their workmanship. Paul, our designer, gave us some excellent ideas and was happy to tweak these so that we got exactly what we wanted, which is my dream kitchen! All of the workmen turned up when they were supposed to, they were all very pleasant, polite and worked very hard to complete their part, so thanks to the electricians Mikey and Cam, the plasterer Shaun, the granite guys and a massive thank you to Matt who fitted the whole kitchen to the very high standard Bluewater provides. Excellent service from start to finish of our bathroom replacement. We loved the regular contact, design ideas and are delighted with the finished product. Ian was fantastic as we went through the design process and Alex’s work has been of the highest standard. Would definitely recommend this excellent local business.

Dominic was an imaginative designer who helped us accommodate all our plans for the kitchen. His team of fitters led by Liam were skilled and efficient.The odd glitch (eg walls out of line) were resolved with a professional skill. All in all a thoroughly expert installation of a full kitchen, done on schedule and as planned.A team to trust!
