Jacquelyn takes account of any health issues so everyone gets the most out of the class. Jacquelyn provides different levels of exercises so you can choose the level to suit your experience and bodies capabilities.The class has a lovely relaxed fun approach. Highly recommended.

Excellent class, Jacquelyn is patient and explains the exercise properly and ensures you are doing them correctly, the benefits are noticed instantly as usually I have a great sleep that night. She can also adapt the exercises if you have issues with any of your joints, it's a great class for all ages and levels of mobility.

I've been going to Jacquelyn's classes for over 4 years. She's friendly and her classes are fun. No two classes are the same - she varies the routine so there's no chance of getting bored. She provides support for beginners and challenges those of us who have been doing Pilates for longer. There's never any pressure in the class - everyone just does what they can (our bodies are all different after all). Jacquelyn is always on hand in the class to help guide us through the exercises or suggest modifications if we're struggling or suffering from an injury - being a physio must really help her with this. I'd definitely recommend joining Jacquelyn's classes.

I have been going to Pilates Physio Planet for 3 weeks. I always enjoy it. It's different each week, which keeps it fresh, but I always benefit from it
