tables are stinking, wrappers, crumbs, spills, mess, people's rubbish everywherequeue absolutely massive and staff dont carecalled past the other day on saturday at 11am, youd think as its probably their busiest time they'd have some staff on, but instead they had 1 guy dealing with customers who were queueing to the street outside. stood for 5mins and didnt move forward once as the guy working couldnt care and just stood there doing nothing. all i wanted was a donut and sausage roll woulda been quicker reaching over myself, learning how to add it to their till system and charge myself on my card

Amazing! Went here today and it was super nice, but thats expected for Greggs. Fair prices! I only have one complaint: the tables. They were a bit dirty but that's just the customers fault not cleaning up! Had a sausage roll, doughnut, and wedges. 10/10, no matter what.

Not very clean. Crumbs on tables and floor. I ordered a Steak Bake and was told it would take 15 minutes. Very few sandwiches available.

As Greggs go this isn't a very good one. They never seem to have enough hot food. Whenever, I get a sausage roll or steak bake it's cold. They need to work out better when to cook their products.
