Pushy sales staff, quick to take money, only accept cash so you can’t take it up with your credit card company. On the night, gas wasn’t working to re-heat food, had to go Asda and buy toilet roll for the guests. Make sure you have something in writing from the person that comes to lock up on the night as you will never see your deposit again! Sales will make up endless excuses. Shame, but plenty of other good venues in Bolton.
