Dana was lovely, very engaging and sweet. She gave lots of advice on how to grow my brows. Asked for me input on what I was hoping to achieve and we worked together to achieve the look I was after. My partner went and she had an amazing time. She was treated so well and was properly looked after. Katie was amazing and she was so lovely. Definely would recommend being seen by Katie! Benefit should be so proud to have Katie representing them as she was absolutely amazing, could not fault her one bit. She always went above and beyond, really took care of my partner and I am very very happy! My partner has already booked herself in for her next appointment and is already counting down the days!

I came in for a brow wax & tint and Katie was phenomenal - super attentive and catered to my brow likes and dislikes, as well as mapping them to my face and showing me what she was going to do before she actually did it. I’m usually a bit nervous getting professional services like this, but she made the experience 10x easier and I felt really listened to. (Plus have some fab brows!)
