If I could give more stars, I would. Our experience with Jack was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We ordered our shutters on the 7th July and they were installed on the 5th September. Jack was great at coming round promptly to measure up. Jack provided samples, as well as his opinion on what size shutters/louvers would look good in our rooms. Fast forward 7ish weeks and the shutters are up. The quality is fantastic and considering Jack’s competitive prices, there is no compromise on quality in comparison to the bigger companies both national and local. Installation was faultless as well.Why wait for other companies to deliver your shutters in 16-18 weeks and charge you ridiculous prices, when Sussex Shutters don’t…! Thanks so much Jack!

I couldn’t recommend Susses shutters enough, Jack was very professional and friendly, he was a tidy worker and always on time. He is very knowledgeable about all the products that Sussex Shutters has to offer and went through in dept everything I needed to know.
