Had my service done as part of the service plan I took out when buying my car from Cazoo. I Could not go to the Leeds store as it has now closed down and so had some trouble getting it booked locally and was left with no other option but to go to the Manchester store over an hour away. Upon arrival I asked if it could be done early on as I did book the early appointment of 8.30am-9.30am. I was told it would be 3pm and they didn't seem at all sympathetic that I was having to go well out of my way to get there and so had to wait around. It was going on for 4.30pm before the car was done. They just handed me the keys and wasn't very polite with no paperwork showing the checklist or a receipt like I previously got at Leeds store the previous year and it has left me wondering if they have completed everything for the full service. They didn't bother to wash the car as they said they would and did previously so that left me thinking standards have slipped. Then when driving home I could smell oil in the car and upon lifting the bonnet I could see they had spilled oil on the engine and not cleaned it up. I suppose the only benefit to that is I know they have put some oil in the car. Very poor and has totally changed my view of Cazoo. I wont be using cazoo for my next purchase and that's a shame because the buying experience the first time at Leeds store was fantastic but this has put me off.

Absolute Scam,I sold my vehicle here this morning (14/11/23) and received news that my car was worth nearly £1000 less than the quote I received online. The online quote I received already included a reduction for alloy condition as it allowed me to input that they were scuffed, however when I arrived I was told they were worse than scuffed and that only the sales reps had access to this description feature. I phoned the customer service the day prior to get some reassurance about the price (as I was travelling from Edinburgh) and was told that 9/10 customers recieve the online quoted price. In the time I was in the showroom the only 2 other people selling vehicles also had their quotes reduced and I was also told by the sales rep that he has this same conversation multiple times everyday. I tried to acquire more information about the price reduction but it returned the same result as speaking to a brick wall. I asked if I could speak to a manager and was told 'there isn't one about as they are on holiday for 2 weeks'. No better than any of the other con artist car buying scams out there, however their online quotes might lead you to believe otherwise. Very dissapointed that I had to incur a further loss after already accepting a massive loss on the initial quote. In what world does some scuffing on 2 alloys cost nearly £1000 to repair.UPDATE: The car has now been listed for sale by cazoo and the scuffed diamond cut alloys that took £1000 off of my quote look like they have been sprayed fully black with a rattle can as the orange peel is visible from the ad. Appalling.

The car I purchased has been an absolute joke since the day I bought it. The parking sensors stopped working within two months, one of the valves on a tyre was faulty causing the tyre to deflate every week, another tyre was bald, the rear suspension on the car snapped and needed replacing, the auxiliary belt has then become faulty and this has been replaced. All these repairs has cost me £1143 which I have copy's off, and now a bolt has snapped on the front bumper meaning it does not sit properly and there is a gap. I have had this car for just under a year and done just over 3000 miles in total. How is it acceptable to sell someone a car and all these things go wrong with it. If every car you sold was like this the company was go bust. The level of after service is awful you can never actually speak with the person that is dealing with your complaint and basically get fobbed off saying the case manager will get back to you which they never do.On top of the issue stated above before I bought the car I was told some body work needed doing on a rear wheel arch and they needed to sort it. Within six months off buying the car this wheel arch has then fallen off, which I reported to cazoo in July and they still haven't sorted it, and they even asked me to find somewhere for them to get it fixed again. What sort of a company sells you a faulty product then asks the customer to go find somewhere to fix it.Please do yourself a favour and never buy a car from this company, there are so many better places out there with much better levels of customer service

My newly purchased car has been at this centre for 2 weeks supposedly being fixed with no update and no repair in site. Unbelievably I had only had 2 months driving this vehicle without issue. I have had no updates during this entire time other than on the first occasion they told me it had been repaired. On this occasion I traveled a fair distance back to the centre to collect my vehicle only for the engine warning light to return before I had even driven it off the forecourt! They then told me it has developed a further 2 faults. I have made several calls for updates and requesting a return call to discuss the problem and potential solutions. Each time the generic call handler (the only people you can speak to) assured me I would receive a call back and an email to summarise the conversation. Needlessly to say this has never happened. This is without doubt the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. For any future customers please consider the appalling aftercare you receive from this company when thinking about the convenience of purchasing with them.

One star is being a bit generous! What a greedy horrible company to deal with. When I went to part ex my car yesterday I couldn't find the service book so they reduced it from Partial to no service history and charged me £600 when I got home I found the service book with the service history in. They now wont refund the £600. This was money for my Children's Christmas presents. To say I am absolutely appalled is an understatement. I will NEVER use this company again. Shame on you!!!!!!

Sold my car with Cazoo. Got a higher price than other companies offered and on handover day, there was no messing, no knocking down of the price or any hassle. Very straightforward and easy experience

Awful experience. DO NOT USE.Car was delayed by 1 week and I was only told at 5:30pm the day before collection. After having the car for 1 week it then broke down on the motorway due to a clutch issue. Cazoo then took 3 weeks to repair this despite only 2 of these days actually being used for the diagnosis and repair. After receiving the car back from repair one tyre was damaged. Kwikfit said the damage was dangerous and must be replaced, and upon further inspection noticed another tyre was both incorrect for the vehicle and had very low tread - I had only driven the car for 8 days so absolutely should not have dangerously low tyre tread. Had to pay £400 for 2 new tyres.During every delay £40 travel cost per day is promised but 1 month on I have still not received this reimbursement. Car took 3 weeks to repair and no updates ever provided, dates changing constantly, terrible customer service the whole time.

Terrible from start to finish. Agreed valuations are a lie, customer service is terrible. Value dropped by £2,300 even though at inspection our car was agreed as excellent and the sort of cars they want? Any issues are blamed on the system. The car met the standards of the inspection , as was agreed by the guy representing Cazoo who said it was in excellent condition. The paperwork, mileage, condition and service history were as I'd described., it's a scam to get you there and then for them to get a a cheap car. When pushed no one takes responsibility and hides behind the system.Customer service team aren't interested, sound overworked and lie about calling you back or how to fix a problem.Responses to reviews I've left elsewhere from 'Amy' are pointless, when I call customer service they don't help, and they have no resolution.Do not get involved. Save your time and money and go elsewhere!

Buying the car online is very easy but everything else is poor.Pickup was told they wouldn't keep me long but ended up waiting around 3 hours. Leaving me in a rush to check over the car and leave. There car itself is great with some minor issues that weren't disclosed when purchasing things like damaged sun visor, missing seal on the window and car smelling of smoke. All easily fixed.Rang in within thet cooling off period to get issues sorted. Long wait times over the phone for after care, nothing like the sales side. Told my car would be booked in within 10 days but was closer to 1 month.1st appointment was litteraly just to do an extra clean to help with the smell of smoke and to order two parts. Booked in for 9 in the morning and the cacr hadn't even been looked at until 1 (4hours) the staff seemed to hide in the back rather than give an update. I honestly wouldn't mind if they just communicated better.Overall, I would say the ease of sale is not worth the negatives around aftercare.
