Ordered and paid for van over weekend for pick up 8am Monday morning, staff turned up said you must of ordered over weekend we no vans here computers take ages to turn on, then made a call and said no van until its returned at 9.30 do not use this branch if need to stick to a schedule as they not just don't care but they will tell you to have a nice day even though they have taken 457 and didn't have a van

Hired a car for 2 days. The car was very clean and had no issues. The staff were extremely friendly and informative. Had a small chip on the windscreen upon returning the car, it was very small though and I was able to have my deposit refunded. Excellent and efficient customer service. I'll be sure to use Enterprise again.

Car broke down on Monday and needed to get to work. Picked up a car from Enterprise, Cleveleys a couple of hours later. I wasn't happy with the first car as it was too big for me, I called them and they swapped it straight away, no issues. Even gave me a full tank of petrol for the inconvenience! I dealt with Danika who couldn't have been more helpful, fantastic customer service and a lovely girl. Great experience and will definitely use them again if needed. Will recommend.

Small yet very busy branch, all the staff are polite & friendly, great selection of cars & van's on offer, Price's are actually very competitive locally. Overall, I've used them a couple of times with no issues and will continue to use them as and when i need to. Definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff at this branch have offered incredibly good customer service every time I have rented over the past few years, on the very few occasions there has been an issue with the vehicle (less than 1% and never their fault) the staff have gone above and beyond to sort it out as soon as possible. Always a pleasure to deal with, highly recommended!

Having had an accident, I was put into an Enterprise car. Ben sorted a the paperwork out very quick and I was on my way. I ended up having the car for three weeks, and there was an issue with my insurance who cancelled the hire. Ben and his team went out of their way to try and help me going above and beyond. I certainly will be in touch directly, whenever I need to hire a car. 10/10Thank you⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Rented a van for the weekend from Bispham. Van was due back at 5pm Monday. At 8am on Monday morning we got a phone call asking us if we were aware the van was due back at 10am, to which we disagreed and said no, it's due back at 5pm. Staff said that they checked and that they had an error on their side and then agreed the van was due back at 5pm. I think that they had either double booked the van or where just trying it on. Chancers. I would feel bad for the vulnerable people that take advantage of with this trick.
