We were looked after by Team Yabsley at Medway Law. They were so helpful, friendly and professional.I had been a little nervous using a conveyancer in a different part of the country rather than a local business but as we sold through IamSold it seemed sensible to take advantage of their established working arrangements.It worked like a dream. We knew their costs before we signed up and they were cheaper than the local firms and they were so responsive to any questions we had that the whole process was easy. Medway Law dealt with the conveyancing for the sale of a relative's house. Medway Law were efficient in their dealings with my conveyancing, always pleasant and helpful. Sometimes a little difficult to get a call back if person not available, but they’re busy people and have many clients.Special thanks to Kathryn and Dan on Team Yabsley for their help.

Fabulous service, so quick! Less than 2 weeks from start to money in the bank! We were kept informed every step of the way. It would have been quicker if Royal Mail delivered the paperwork in a timely manner. Lovely staff, could contact any time and they would answer queries.

Communication was appalling. I tried countless times to contact my solicitor by phone and could never get through. I left numerous voicemails and was never called back. In the end the only way I managed to get anyone to call me was to complain to I Am Sold about the lack of contact - they passed on a message and I was called, once, inevitably I couldn't answer and a very brief message was left. I never got hold of anyone again. In fact from start to finish I never spoke with any one at Medway. I wanted to speak to someone as I knew of pending issues and wanted to both advise Medway and also seek advice. This very issue at the end of the process slowed down completion by two weeks. An issue easily avoided if I had been able to find anyone to speak with. I have dealt with multiple solicitors/conveyancers I have never experienced such poor customer care.
