If I could leave zero star I would, I purchased burgundy tissue paper and told Unipack that the colour has bled onto the goods and that has led to customer refunds and complaints at the store. Since I brought this to their attention, I have not been able to receive much response from them as their phone lines seem to be always down. Someone emailed me back and said my order has been refunded, that is also not true as one month has gone by and I've heard nothing, received nothing. I must have tried to contact them on at least 20 times on the phone and chased up with emails. There are plenty of companies out there that sell packaging, don't waste your time and money!!!

I purchased some paper bags from them and they failed to send the goods, 4 weeks far and counting, On the 3 occasions that I did manage to speak to them my request for a full refund as not been actioned. I am unable to contact them now either on the phone or on email.THIS IS A WARNING...... Find a reputabal supplier as this company taking is orders and payment but are not sending goods.

Absulute Shambles of a company. I purchased some bags of them and they failed to send goods, they will not answer to any emails or calls i've made. My guess is they are struggling financially. A warning to help others, do not purchase from this company, as they are still taking orders but are not sending goods. Absulute Fraudsters!

Products are fantastic however, the service is abysmal. They won't take telephone calls - I asked for somebody to call me on three occasions but nobody did so you are just left with emails that go unanswered. Several lies told about deliveries that had been dispatched but actually they hadn't. We would really like to deal with this company on a permanent basis and have a lot of business to put their way but until the service improves, we would not even consider it. Such a shame as products are great quality.
