Haven't spoken to someone so rude in a while! I called for a quote and clearly they weren't interested in doing a survey. The tone was judgemental and accusatory to say the least. I was being judged for buying a property and was being challenged in a rude manner after everything I said.This should have been a straightforward and pleasant enough conversation. It was like I had to convince THEM to do a survey (I'm not a chartered surveyor, so I don't have all the answers). Very unprofessional.You'd think they would be interested in being paid for this service...! They could have politely said they didn't want to do a survey instead of being so rude on the phone. Absolutely abhorrent customer service, and felt quite attacked by the tone this man had. I decided to end the call as I wasn't going to give my £££ to someone so rude and judgemental.Definitely not using these people EVER. Stay away.

Michael is punctual, accurate and provided the valuation report i needed 3 days ahead of schedule. The valuation report was sufficiently detailed and provided a list of comparable transactions too.

Michael provided a great service and level 3 building survey report for us. He explained the findings in detail on a call afterwards and was happy to clarify anything needed, as well as provide further advice and support. Highly recommend him for anyone looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable and helpful surveyor.

We were looking for a Party Wall Surveyor and found Michael online.We explained him our case as we had started the process already on our own, which wasn't a good idea at all.We were facing a really difficult Surveyor representing our next door neighbors.Michael took on the case with great confidence. His approach, due diligence and knowledge has been outstanding. He showed patience, didn't get worried throughout the process and had great instincts.His updates of the process were throughout in a timely manner and he kept us always in the loop.It got to the stage that we had to involve a 3rd Surveyor, as the other party tried to delay the whole process as long as possible. Michael advised of the unlikely outcome, and the additional potential costs. We trusted his lead and the agreement was ruled in our favor at the end, which meant the neighbors had to cover the costs for the 3rd surveyor.Furthermore, Michael's charges were more than reasonable.Michael called kept reassuring us to go ahead withthe project with full steam and we shouldn't worry at all.We have been more than grateful that we discovered Michael.
