Steve produced the plans for our 2 story extension. Lovely guy, easy to work with, listens to what you are after and produces high quality work. No chasing, no hassle what so ever. Highly recommend!

Stephen was recommended by a friend and the service and quality of work is outstanding. We wanted a house extension and Stephen discussed all the potential options and was professional, friendly and listened to what we wanted. We even made changes to the plans and Stephen was happy to amend the drawings at a fair price. My extension is now complete and the design is perfect.

Please avoid! Not sure how he has managed to secure a 5/5 review! I used Steve for his services. He visited my address and gave advice. He did the drawings and submitted the plans. He took all the money from me. The plans were rejected due to insufficient information. Contacted Steve who then became very busy with other clients. I waited for over 2 weeks, text him, called him etc and i did not hear back from him. I then appointed an architect to do the job! The architect cost me half the price of this technician! Provided me with proper advice and got better plans drawn submitted and approved. If Steve has been doing this for years as he informed me why couldnt he get basic information correct prior to submitting? I even attended his home address to get atleast half of my money back! He decided not to answer the door! He is very lucky to get away with it and he knows very well why! Please stay away from him! If you want someone to financially strip you then please feel free to carry on!
