Beautiful shop, ambiance warm and friendly thanks to Richard and Erin. Both helped me find lovely little gifts for my family and friends, and I'm excited to come back to see new stock soon! The shop itself smells like cinnamon and looks like Santa's workshop, all the writing on personalized gifts hand written by Richard hims-elf ;) beautifully.

La atención de Esmeralda fue sumamente acogedora, me guió por toda la tienda, mostrándome la amplia variedad de productos navideños que ofrecen, los cuales son fenomenalmente bellos, excelentes para brindar el ambiente navideño en casa. Esmeralda y Erin fueron súper amables, ofreciendo ayuda y brindando información acerca de los productos en todo momento, me ayudaron a poder colocar el nombre de mi hermana en uno de los productos, ¡quedó bello! ¡Estoy genuinamente agradecido!

An AMAZING shop for personalized Christmas ornaments!! Richard…unbelievable CUSTOMER SERVICE and provided a great chat while he had time! The shops workers have INCREDIBLE hand writing making your personalized ornament FANTASTICALLY BEAUTIFUL!! We had 4 or 5 requests from family….”while you’re in St Andrews please stop at the Nutcracker and get us….”!! A great value and, again, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Avoid if you have young children.St Andrew’s - High Street.My children are 2 & 4 who are very well behaved and were excited to visit the shop. They were touching the ornaments(as kids do) and the assistant said that they weren’t toys in a justifying tone with zero tolerance. They were quick to stand around my legs, and as we were leaving we explained that they are, indeed children, the assistant then insulted my wife saying it’s the parents fault. No damaged cause apart from heart-broken children and the rage of two insulted parents.

Beautiful shop which gets you excited about Christmas even in August! Amazing customer service from Richard who gave us a warm welcome and put a smile on our faces. His handy work meant we had a lovely personalised decoration to take home.
