Oliva Alexander Hair

Sadly, I booked two hair appt’s for a wedding. The appt was confirmed over text the morning of the wedding however, when I arrived the salon was closed. We waited for 30 mins and all calls and texts were unanswered. Several hours later I received a text to state our appt had been cancelled as the Chester Races had been cancelled. The follow up texts from the author contained lies about their attempts to contact me. I will not be attempting to use your services again.

Sian and Lois are so lovely, welcoming and fantastic at what they do. Nothing is too much trouble. I always feel amazing when I’ve been to the salon and have never been happier with my hair! Sian is my main hairdresser and she is an expert in colour and extensions. I’m so lucky to have her as my hairdresser!

Fabulous to see Sian and big hugs when we met. Had hair highlights, cut and blow dry and came out feeling fantastic with the results.

So glad Sian is back in this neck of the woods - she's incredibly talented and by far the best hair dresser I've ever used.
